Stylish house in a fantastic location.
Brand new 3 bedroom house consisting of 2 x queen beds and 1 x single bunk beds with single roll out trundle bed. Also available is a pull out sofa bed making full capacity of 9 ppl. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. Laundry facilities include washing machine. One bathroom with shower and bath tub,seperate toilet.Air conditioned/ heating plus ceiling fans. Or just relax on the front deck . Situated within walking distance to Cowes shopping precinct and only 800 meters to the beach.

Linen, towels, tea and coffee facilities are provided.

Parking will accommodate 3 vehicles.

Great Location, New Property

The property is close to town and the beach - about a 10-15 mins walk. It's a very clean and new property, however communication from the property owner was quite limited. Would be good if the arrival / check in information could be sent 1 week prior. Overall would recommend this property for philip island.

Great place

Nice clean, straight place. Has everything you need close to the Main st. Check in was easy and Lloyd was great with communication. Would stay here again! 100%.
