Apartment on Esplanade

Centrally located apartment on Esplanade with single garage. Safe swimming beach just across the road. Short walking distance to shops, restaurants, pub. Pick up point for Fraser Island and Whale watching tours. Swimming pool in complex. Free Wifi.

Bedrooms:
Main bedroom: 1 x queen size bed. Build in wardrobes. Side table with lamp. A/C plus ceiling fan. Linen and towels supplied. Linen change and light cleaning available for longer stay for extra charge. Ensuite.
Second bedroom: 2 x single beds. Build in wardrobe. Side table with lamp. A/C plus ceiling fan. Linen and towels supplied. Main bathroom.

Kitchen/Living area:
Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, m/wave. Plenty of plates, cups, cutlery, wine glasses. Nespresso Pod Coffee machine plus plunger. Private small balcony with morning sun. A/C in lounge room plus ceiling fan. Included a starter pack of assorted teas, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits. Smart TV with many apps.

Bathrooms:
Ensuite connected to the queen bedroom. Shower, toilet, vanity. Hairdryer, starter pack of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, Australian brand sunscreen included.
Main bathroom with shower over the bath, vanity, toilet. Toiletries as above included.

Laundry:
Top loader washing machine, dryer, drying rack. Washing powder supplied.

Single garage.

Apartment is located on the 1st floor above garages. One flight of steps up (15 steps) with a sturdy metal rail on one side. It is fully tiled including bedrooms. Safe swimming beach across the road. Pool in complex. Free BBQ and exercise machines on the Esplanade.

Check in at 2pm check out before 10am however I am happy to accomodate earlier/later if pre-organized. You will receive a self checking instructions 48hrs before your check in time. Please make sure to let me know your contact number if you don't have one listed.
I will be available any time through my mobile for any questions or requests.

Public transport on the street. We can pick you up from bus stop or Hervey Bay airport for total of $15 including drop off. If you are staying for 4nights or longer this pick up is complimentary.

Our forever return place to stay

Absolutely fantastic in every way possible and more. We won’t look any further afield than this one when we’re visiting Hervey Bay. Close to everything on the esplanade. Highly recommended and we will recommend it to our family and friends when they visit Hervey Bay. Our house manager was also amazing and we thank her very much for everything. She goes above and beyond.

Had a great stay there. Exceeded our expectations of what unit would be like! Extremely clean, beds were great. Iveta was terrific to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Great place

Great apartment close to wonderful restaurants and cafes. Iveta ensured that all little extras were taken care of. IE: extra toilet roll, cling wrap, olive oil, salt/pepper. The bed was super comfy as were the pillows, lovely bedding too. Great communication from Iveta regarding check in and check out. Only downfall is the super narrow garage, recommend parking on the road if your car isn’t teeny tiny.

Thank you for your great review Sandra. In regards the garage size: I do have a guests with large double utes parked reversed inside with no complains but if not a confident in reversing there are additional spaces around pool area or on both streets with free parking.

Lovely unit at perfect location

We stayed 3 weeks in this really nice unit. The location is perfect for swimming in the ocean. We also used the pool which was clean and we had it all the time on our own. We enjoyed the little balcony with all the birds entertaining us. The unit was well equipped. We had all we needed. The conversation with Iveta was easy. We thoroughly recommend this unit.

Great Apartment in Torquay

An impressive apartment for our 3-day stay in Hervey Bay. We loved the location, cleanliness, amenities, communication with owner, accuracy of its online profile, and other nice little touches which made it feel like home. The entry stairs may not suit elderly/disabled people, the private garage could be a challenge for bigger cars, and the neighbours on the driveway side were audible. Our only suggestions would be to provide a little nest of side tables, and some sound-proofing for the dining chair legs. We highly recommend this excellent apartment to other travellers.

Great apartment in very convenient location

Clean little apartment right across from the beach and close to shops. The pool is very clean and we had it to ourselves every time we used it. Iveta was inviting and very helpful

Excellent Property

Everything was perfect with the10 days we spent at this property. The position, being in the best part of the Esplanade, the cleanliness was so refreshing and the furnishings just as pictured. It just felt like a home away from home. Iveta, our host was so friendly and professional and booked us two of the best tours ever to see the whales and Fraser Island, so glad she helped us with our final decision on what Tours. Cannot wait to go back to Hervey Bay and will only stay at Apartment on the Esplanade. Thank you Iveta.
