No pets are allowed inside and please be responsible with your pet.
Any messes and any holes dug are to be cleaned up before check out. Charges will apply if this is not done.
We ask our guests to keep their dogs quiet so our neighbours are not disturbed.

Linen is now included, which includes sheets, towels, pillowcases, quilts/blankets, bathmats, tea towel and dishcloth.

Free WIFI- no refund if the wifi isnt working for any reason.

No smoking in the house.

Check in time is 2.00pm and checkout time is 10.00am

Once your booking is made and confirmed we will email you some forms that need to be completed and returned prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: All cancellations will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee. If your booking is cancelled 2 months or more prior to your arrival date your deposit will be refunded less the cancellation fee & booking fee. If you cancel your booking within 2 months of your arrival date any refund is subject to us rebooking the property for the same time as your booking. In the event that we are instructed by the owner to cancel your booking a full refund will be made to you. NO REFUNDS DUE TO COVID 19.
Covid-19 Cancellations: Reservations made after 14th March 2020 will fall under the relevant Low, High or Peak season cancellation policy. After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected therefore transportation disruptions, border closures, health advisories and quarantines and other government mandates such as evacuation orders, prohibitions on short term rentals, shelter in place requirements and any other COVID-19 or other pandemic related travel disruptions fall under regular cancellation policy.
