A Table Tennis table and Foosball table can be located inside the garage.

The backyard has a designated fire-pit area with outdoor furniture to enjoy those cooler nights along with a lawn area for outside games and a cubby house for the children to play. Fire wood can be purchased from Wild Dog Home Timber & Hardware or at the Ampol Service Station in Apollo Bay.

Upstairs features the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, along with the master bedroom, large en-suite, and separate powder room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a commercial Westinghouse oven with 4 burner gas stove top and wok burner, large walk in pantry, family sized fridge, Breville Barista Express coffee machine with a built in grinder and K-Fee pod coffee machine.
