LOCATION LOCATION! Situated right in the heart of Yeppoon you can walk to the many cafes on offer for your morning coffee and down one and half blocks (3 minute walk) onto the Yeppoon beachfront to leave your footprints in the sand or enjoy cooling off at the beachfront Kracken water park.

Enjoy the panoramic ocean views of the Keppel Islands and breezes from the balcony and spacious open plan living in this top floor apartment - great place to relax and enjoy all the Capricorn Coast and Yeppoon CBD offers.

This two bedroom apartment boasts a queen bed in both bedrooms plus built in cupboards. Third bed is a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. Wifi and Netflix available.

Spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, electric hotplate, fridge, dishwasher and cutlery/crockery.

Secure undercover car parking with lift to all levels. Park your car and then walk to beach and all of Yeppoon CBD facilities.

Modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Laundry cupboard with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Just 10 minutes drive away is Rosslyn Bay Harbour and Marina to go out to our beautiful Keppel Islands and 5 minutes drive to Yeppoon Golf Course for 18 holes of golf. 2 minutes drive to two different shopping centres, Keppel Bay Plaza and Yeppoon Central.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own toiletries and beach towels.

A Room With a View

A relaxing week enjoying the view of the sea which changed hourly. Very beautiful. Walk to the shops, lagoon, playground and beach. Just perfect.

What you see is what you get

The unit is clean, the views match what is promised, and the unit is well situated in the heart of Yeppoon, an easy walk to the beach and the shops. The only minor downside is that people with mobility issues might find accessing the beach/shops on foot more of a challenge, but would be able to access the flat itself from the car park without any issues.

Perfect unit didn’t have to use my car much

This is lovely unit very spacious and very clean.Only a block away really from the centre town we walked to the lagoon pool and the lovely little yeppoon street. Has everything you need from toilet paper extra ,dishwashing liquid,washing detergent.Has aircondition lounge and the vents from lounge to bedroom when turn switch on kept bedroom cool .has undercover parking and a lift to the unit .Esme and her co workers were very helpful .As we late getting to the unit but was no problem for them thank you for that.We would make this the place We would love to stay every time we come to yeppoon .

Nice basic apartment but misleading description

The apartment was in a good location with beautiful views. It was very clean. Advertised as having a bathroom with separate powder room. This was not the case and was something I specific ally wanted as we were sharing with a third party. So no privacy! When I emailed to complain, received no response. Disappointing 😡

Holiday with a fantastic view

The property manager greeted us with a little ginger bread beach house gift and keys plus directions to our unit which was very handy to town centre. The views were fabulous and the unit was the best stocked with necessities we have ever found in a holiday rental. We congratulate them on this thoughtfulness. We would suggest better lighting in the basement as it was hard to find the lift at first - very dark and no sign as to where it was (we thought we were going t have to carry our luggage up the many stairs to top floor! We would recommend Stays for holiday accommodation

The unit was in a good location, easy to walk to beach, cafes, shops and pubs. It was neat and tidy and had everything you needed except coffee and tea. The beds were comfortable. The only downfall of the unit is that it didn't offer wifi or have Netflix on the TV only free to air channels.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Air apartments. The spacious living space and kitchen were fantastic. However a bit strange with no oven or WiFi but we managed. Great location to the beach and coffee shops.
