Little Violet - beautifully recrafted cottage for two

Little Violet is a delightful cottage nestled on a lovingly maintained one-acre garden in Tecoma. Owned by an interior decorator this sun-drenched cottage oozes style and charm. And with thoughtful design touches and plush furnishings throughout Little Violet promises you everything you want for an idyllic getaway.

The gorgeous bedroom includes a queen size bed that is dressed in luxurious linen, and plush robes and slippers are provided during your stay. The light filled sitting room features a decorative but also functional flame-effect fireplace and a reverse-cycle heat pump, and opens out on to a private balcony that overlooks the gorgeous garden setting. A fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV and sound system completes the picture.

Oh and did we mentioned that the owner is also a talented cook who will spoil you with a gourmet breakfast hamper for the first two days of your stay and dazzle you with her home made treats (think Portuguese tarts and brownies).

And there's Wifi for you of course if you must! (Do note that internet and phone reception in the Dandenong Ranges can be unstable and please understand we have no control over that. If you rely on wifi please bring a backup modem).

Well located to experience the best of the Dandenong Ranges and a short drive to Sassafras, Olinda, and Sherbrooke Forest.

Super cute luxurious cottage

Gorgeous cottage, comfortably furnished with all you could need for a stay and more. The hosts had wonderfully attended to lots of little extras that made the stay so special: from records, to home baked goodies, super soft towels to lovely toiletries. Wonderful, I will be recommending to anyone I know heading this way! Easy walk to Tecoma train station and the main high street. Felt amazingly spoilt by their generosity. Thankyou so much, you made my sons stay so special.

Lovely place with everything you need!

Little Violet is a very nice place for a getaway. It is nestled in the beautiful garden and give us all the privacy we could asked for but also very close to the shops. Thanks to the hosts, Charmaine and Eric, who greeted us very warm welcome (great platter and heaters were on before we arrived!) and for providing the ingredients for the full course breakfast for our two nights stay. Would recommend it to everyone who heading to Mt Dandenong Range.
