Sitting on the top level of the block, this apartment has a balcony overlooking the beach with outdoor furniture. There is a small electric grill to BBQ. Functional and modern the
kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine (pods required). Laundry contains washing machine, dryer and another toilet. Main bedroom contains queen size bed,
Bedroom two has two singles plus two trundles. Linen provided.

protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children`s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time
at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique `Indie Films` to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling,
have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

Avoca Beach apartment

Disappointing accommodation. The apartment had a bad smell that never dissipated during our stay, dirty windows, (the ocean view is key to this unit but we could barely see thru the large ocean view window until we cleaned it), grubby furnishings, damp grey marks on bedroom ceiling. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are fine and the location and view are great.

The location was perfect, the unit was very comfortable and very clean. We appreciated being walking distance from the Avoca theatre, The Point cafe and the Avoca shops. And of course the beach was at our doorstep and the flags not far away. Will definitely be back.
