Are you dreaming of a holiday in an architect designed Beach House at the Bay of Fires, and want the best of the best? Then the beautiful BEACHHOUSE BINALONG is your dream come true. This beautiful, elegant, yet relaxing home is situated beachfront at Binalong Bay, just a minutes walk to the Beach and the local restaurant The Hub Seaside.

NOTE: The pricing for this property is for 2 guests only - extra guests incur an extra $50 per night per guest - this will automatically be calculated when you put the guest numbers in. So you must state the number of guests staying. Maximum number of guests is 8.

Overlooking the famous crystal clear waters, and white sands of Binalong Bay Beach, with views from every room, choosing where to relax will be your biggest decision. Alfresco dining on the upper level front deck, a beautifully landscaped entertainment area in the private backyard, or just relaxing at the inside living areas with a wine or a cuppa.

The interior of the home is beautifully furnished, and features open plan living. Has all mod cons, as you would expect of a 5 star property. Gorgeous soft furnishings, beautiful hand crafted dining table, and a chefs kitchen with Smeg appliances, gas hotplates, electric ovens, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and a wine fridge.

Set on two levels, the upper level features the living/kitchen areas, and three bedrooms. The master bedroom, has a king bed, walk in robe, and ensuite bathroom. The second King bedroom also has a walk in robe, and a private patio, Both with amazing ocean views. You can even watch the ocean while enjoying a shower. There is a second queen bedroom on this level with sliding doors out into the beautifully landscaped back garden. There is a large bathroom located between the second King and the Queen bedroom,

On the lower level there are two more bedrooms, both with ocean views, the main bathroom, which features a luxurious deep bath. Adjacent powder room, and a fully equipped laundry. A second living room with a huge comfy sofa and areas to relax and watch TV or just read a book. The bedrooms on this level are one queen bedroom, and the children's bunk room, with 4 built-in bunk beds.

Undercover secure car parking. An outside shower to wash the sand off - all you need to make your next holiday amazing. Our aim is for our guests to simply relax and enjoy the house and the world famous beaches and walks of the Bay of Fires.

Please note we have surveillance cameras operating in all outside areas for your security.

What a location!

Everything about our stay at Binalong Bay was fantastic. Jan was a great host and provided us with everything we needed to have the perfect holiday. The amentities at the property were outstanding and we had the beach and even a restaurant within short walking distance! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

A beautiful big modern home with the most stunning views. We loved every second of our time in Binalong Beach House. The house has every thing you could ever wish for and we didn’t want to leave. Thank you to Jan who was a very responsive and kind host. We will definitely be back.

Most Family Friendly House Ever

The house was so well quipped for families with children right from baby, toddler and kids with everything you need. The only negative would be that this wasn’t listed so I still brought it’s with me which I didn’t need as it was already provided! Amazing house, clean, functional and fantastic location.

Amazing beachside paradise

House is divine ... view is to die for , blissful stay in this brand new beach house - wish we could have stayed longer. The Beach House has everything you could possibly want ... beautifully appointed..... the owners have thought of everything. Loved spending the sunny morning on the front deck and the evening around the fire pit enjoying the stunning landscaping in the back yard. We will be back ! Niki and Pete.

Lovely home, nice view.

We had an enjoyable stay at the home. The house was exceptionally clean and the kitchen really well equipped. Couple of downsides were; the is no Fireplace despite the listing indicating there is (we chose the house specifically for the this feature), also there is limited heating upstairs in the main living space. The heater that is in this space is mostly for ambiance, as Tasmanians we were prepared with warm clothing but it was cool at times! Also the ‘master bedroom’ is actually locked off, so the other main bedroom described as a master isn’t, and does not have an ensuite. As it was winter we spent a lot of time in the home, which was fine as there was only 3 of us, if it was a large group (and you filled all the beds) , it could be a little crowded as there is limited seating inside for dinner and lounging (unless spread across both levels). None these things are major issues, but nice to know depending on your expectations and how you plan to utilise the space. We were provided with a referral for a masseuse who was exceptional.

STUNNING VIEWS, SUPERB LOCATION, AWESOME HOUSE

The house in Binalong Bay is just beautiful, it has everything you need and more. The location is fantastic, 10 mins from St Helen's, walk to the Bays of Fire. Enjoy a meal at the local restaurant which is only 50m away. We loved it. Jan was very helpful, attentive and lovely to deal with.

Beautiful well located house

This luxurious and spacious house was well located across the road from the beach and is within a few hundred metres of the town’s newly opened local restaurant. Jan made check in very easy and the house had everything you could think of. A very relaxing stay at Binalong Bay.

'Amazing location, wonderful property'

Winter in Tassie can be magical in a place like this. We enjoyed a two day stay and wish we were stayed longer. The location of the property in true magical, breathtaking views of Binalong Bay. Furnishings and the overall comfort on the house in 5 star. Great kitchen to cook in with everything you need. We can't wait to return for another stay.

A most brilliant superbly located home

The best fitted out property we have ever stayed in in Australia. Overlooking perhaps one of the top 3 beaches in Australia. A wonderful experience helped by a most helpful Jan & Rob. The property is beautifully designed so that you can enjoy the scenic beach & Bay of Fires coastline, with a most enjoyable restaurant 2 minutes walk away. Sit back and relax

A real stunner of a home, spacious, exceptionally well appointed and a view that makes you just want to stay out on the deck a bit longer instead of going somewhere. Four of us had 2 nights there, used it as a base to look around the Bay of Fires region and we could not have asked for better.
