Talbingo, with its magnificent mountain and lake views has everything to offer whether you are a fisherman, water or snow skier, a bush-walker; mountain biker, golfer, tennis player or just a person who wants to relax, you have found a perfect holiday destination.

Osterley Cottage is a 3 bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps 6 (3 couples), great for 2 families. We rely on your honesty not to have extra guests above what you booked for. The cottage is located short walking distance to the park, walking trails, the club and shopping centre and Snow Gum Cottage at the corner of street offers further accommodation if holidaying with a bigger group.

We follow recommended enhanced cleaning protocols as per HomeAway with an additional minimum 2 days between bookings, to achieve this we will communicate with you before accepting your booking dates.

Polished timber floors throughout and comfortable open plan lounge, dining and fully equipped easy care kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sandwich maker. Main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom a double bed with single bunk on top, and third bedroom double bed. Chest of drawers to put bag on and to unpack into. Bed linen and bath towels are supplied and included on booking quote.

Reverse cycle air-conditioning in lounge and pedestal fans in bedrooms, gas heater during winter months. Outdoor table and chairs on verandah or you move to under shade of trees. TV in all bedrooms a DVD in bedroom 3 plus smart TV in lounge. Ample space for off street parking suitable for boats etc. in fenced yard. We drive in and turn around in back yard rather than backing in.

Coffee machine - takes Caffitaly pods which are available at Woolworths stores, there are introductory pods available.

Bathroom, laundry and toilet newly renovated, shower with rain head and hand held and a second separate toilet. Includes underfloor heating and heated towel rail. Baby bathing space in laundry.

Telstra 4G service only in the Talbingo area, always check with your mobile phone provider and also use the “live traffic” app when travelling in rural areas. Fuel station in Talbingo currently operate via card system 24 hour.

Strictly no pets.
