- Hire more than 2 days. Upon arrival (first day of booking) you will be greeted with a hamper provision, milk, bread, butter, eggs. Unit is professionally cleaned between guests. Additional clean's can be arranged for $40 service fee (Only if you request this). Maximum length of stay 1 month. Modern building, very clean, set in Historic Area, Guesthouse is behind quality 1910 Cottage. Spacious Pool and outdoor area set at back of property.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

Why Mark & Angela chose Highgate
The Guest House is a private, secure location located in a quite leafy street. The standard of the accommodation is 5 star, New building and all new furniture. The property is perfect for people wanting to do business, wish to stay close to CBD and close to everything, accommodation is also children friendly. Appropriate for up to 2 adults and 2 children.
What makes this Place unique
We have an exceptional pool, with large paved area. You can be in the guesthouse and watch your children swim in the pool just 2m from the window edge. The area has so many cafe's and very accessible to CBD, Beach and Hills.
