Marmot’s Perch (previously known as Alpine Oasis) is a pet friendly, cozy one-bedroom plus alcove condo perfect for your Silver Star adventures. This condo is a true ski in, ski out mountainside condo. Step out your front door, put your skis on and start your day.
Enjoy the action on the Silver Queen right from your living room window and you can even keep an eye on your kids playing right outside in the snow! It’s an ideal location for families.
This condo also has a large mudroom which is perfect for all your gear.
Marmot’s Perch provides great access to Tube town and Brewer’s Pond ice skating and a less than 10 minute walk to the Village. Ski runs (downhill and cross country), snowshoeing, biking/hiking and dog walking trails all start just outside the door.

The shared outdoor hot tub in the Foxglove building in Creekside is open during the ski season only. For the summer and bike season, there is one hot tub open in the Creekside complex for all guests to use.
BONUS to our guests staying at this condo: Enjoy the extra-large common room in the building next door, Snowbrush. It features two sitting areas, a bookshelf full of books, a full kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace. You can spread out and have a get together if you are traveling with other people, or with new friends you may make on your holiday. There is also a waxing room for anyone staying at Creekside to use.
Your building, Foxglove features two coin washing machines/two dryers.
Marmot’s Perch is a fully equipped condo and has a large mud room entrance. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
Parking: There are 2 parking passes for vehicles.
Ski Access: Foxglove sits right at the base of the Silver Queen chair and Nordic trailhead – perfect way to start your day and easy access back to your condo at the end of the day.
