A single trundle is provided for a fifth guest and stores away easily when not in use. A portacot and highchair are also available upon request.
A separate toilet and modern bathroom with double basins and a closed off laundry, complete the space. A new Hoover front loader washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron and drying rack are all available for guest use. A communal clothes line is also available at the rear of the property.

Guests have full access to the apartment which is street facing in a small older block of just 5 units. Carport parking is directly underneath the balcony in the car park marked, 3. Also there is free parking on the street if you have more than one car, however avoid parking on the yellow lines as you may end up with a fine.
Take the staircase on your left for exclusive access to the apartment. You can also take the shared staircase on your right to enter the back door of the apartment.
We are available as much as you need us to be but we also respect your privacy to enjoy your holiday, which is why we have installed a digital door lock pad with individual codes for each group of guests so that you can check in securely and without the hassle of collecting keys.
The apartment is on the first floor and there is one flight of stairs with a midway landing.
The unit block is residential and guests are asked to respect their neighbours and comply with Body Corporate laws. Parking is for one vehicle only. Additional guest vehicles parked on the property are at risk of being towed away at the vehicle owner's expense.
Guests are asked to remove their excess rubbish; council bins and recycling are at the rear of the unit block, take the path on the right.
Pets are more than welcome if they are the kind that can fit into a celebrity handbag and are not the partying type who like to bark/miaow/tweet late into the night. The beach is 100m away for excited pooches to let off steam. Any 'pet' type damage or markings within the property will be rectified at the pet owner's expense.
Smokers can puff away on the balcony but are asked not to smoke inside.

Located just 100m from the ocean with beach access, this quiet tree-lined street is a pleasant alternative to the high-rise beach resort skyline. It's an easy beachside stroll into bustling Broadbeach to your right or Surfers Paradise to your left. There's no need to drive anywhere and you can leave your car in the carport. 50m walk towards the Gold Coast highway is a Thai restaurant and on the opposite corner is a well known Irish Pub, Darcy Arms. Head towards the beach and take a left to Surfers Paradise and you can drink in the views at the Northcliffe Surf Club. A take away and bottle shop are conveniently located around the corner on the Gold Coast Highway. The heart of Surfers Paradise is a 10 minute walk, which means you get to enjoy the quiet side of Surfers Paradise with easy access.
If you want to venture beyond walking distance, hop on the G, Gold Coast's new light rail system which links you to the Southern end of Broadbeach at Pacific Fair shopping centre (3 stops) or the Convention Centre (2 stops) and to the north of Southport with connections to buses and trains all over the coast and to Brisbane. Surfside buses are available and access to theme parks is a breeze. The Gold Coast airport is a 35 minute drive depending on traffic. The apartment is very close to public transport and the light rail which can take you one stop into the heart of Surfers Paradise or on to Main Beach, the Gold Coast Hospital, Griffith University & Southport.
