This beautifully furnished, cosy apartment is located opposite a beautiful park, 2 minute walk from Edith Cowan University & WAAPA; a 5 minute walk to public transport which takes you to Perth City. A 15 minute walk to Mt Lawley's unique shopping and restaurant district. Our property is located in an exclusive pocket of Mount Lawley offering access to many destinations including North Perth central hub, Beatty Park Swimming Centre, Hip location of Leederville, Lake Monger and more

Providing secure off street parking, this brand new apartment comfortably sleeps up to 2 Adults, with a king-size bed in the Master Bedroom. Central heating and cooling, big screen television, free unlimited WIFI and multiple Ethernet ports available, kitchen with all utensils.

Mount Lawley is one of Perth's most stylish suburbs and buzzing cultural hotspots. Beaufort Street, which is located close by, is the suburb's main thoroughfare with a long string of unique shops, award-winning restaurants; cool bars and chilled out coffee shops where you can enjoy the village vibe and full calendar of festivals, concerts and entertainment.

Superior accommodation with lovely hosts

The unit is beautiful, clean and spacious. Private, secure off road car parking. Keyless entry. Free internet, Netflix was an added bonus. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We will definitely book another stay here and recommend this unit.

A Heartwarming Welcome

The property is beautifully presented with more than a hint of luxury in all areas. Modern traditionally designed and recently completed to an extremely high standard, it was the perfect accommodation to explore the immediate surroundings and the rest of beautiful Perth. The property is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and the hosts were immediately responsive to any queries with enthusiastic help and advice. We have no hesitation in recommending Gables on the Green most highly.

Beautiful house

The house was exceptionally clean, very good location next to everything. Vesna was super nice always ready to give you suggestions where to go what to see... Would come back anytime and would suggest it to everyone coming to Perth.

Perfect place and location

I stayed here while visiting family in Coolbinia so the location was perfect. It was also close to public transport so could go into the city easily. Even though we had a car we often used the buses. The home was beautifully designed and an enjoyable place to be and relax. Will definitely stay again.
