Delany by the Park - House
Beautifully designed in every detail, the central atrium gives a remarkable sense of space, while windows perfectly placed provide plenty of natural light and a green, leafy outlook. The large L-shaped leather lounge takes advantage of a wood heater for those cosy Winter nights, while the large upper deck gives a perfect platform for lazy Summer nights amongst the large, green leafy trees.
Finished with polished concrete floors, steel and timber, Delany by the Park is a clean, modern house you will be delighted to set foot into.
Each of the four large bedrooms are fully equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure year-round comfort. A modern bathroom on each level and a huge well-equipped kitchen completes the package for the ultimate in enjoyable abodes.
Parking: Please note that there is designated parking for 2 cars at the house, 1 under the carport, and 1 car behind. Additional parking at the rear of the property, access via Cherry Lane.
Four Bedrooms all contain Reverse Cycle Air Conditioners.
Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom 1: King Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Tribunk, double bottom, single top.
Bedroom 4: Single bunk, King bed can be split upon request at time of booking., upstairs, balcony
All bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. BYO river/pool towels.
Pricing for this property is based on a 4-person base rate. Additional guest sur-charge per person per night applies.
WiFi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Bright Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

*Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, all top bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed*

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival.
