Well located within Broadbeach of the Gold Coast. This apartment was well appointed, exceptionally clean and very well located close to all that the Gold Coast offers. Kim was a wonderful and accommodating host. She made our stay extremely enjoyable. We would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful home to others.
We’ve stayed here before as it’s a great apartment in a really good location at a reasonable price. It has everything you need for a short stay or long. Host very responsive to communications and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.
Private accommodation thus well above other in the Savannah apartments. Very clean and well presented ideal for couples. Everything needed is supplied. Furnishings modern and in excellent condition. G5 internet advertised but experienced continual drop outs - modem in need of upgrade. Shower over disused spar bath with high step up to access, plenty of hand rails to assist however may pose an issue for not so agile occupants. We are in our 70s and managed Ok. We would recommend this unit, value for money and we will have no hesitations booking again in 2026.

The “small touches” in decor were beautiful.
The apartment block is located within walking distance to everything, so there is no need for a car, albeit car parking is available.
The apartment has a queen bed in the main bedroom plus 2 single beds in the living area. There is a huge balcony off the living areas with ample seating/dining.
I would definitely be booking this apartment again when staying in the area
We had an awesome time staying here. The location is great, very close to the mall, beach restaurants etc. The bar next door could be quite loud but my kids are older and the noise didn't bother us at all. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa. We did have a car and were often unable to get a park in the carpark i.e. anytime from 3pm onwards which was a bit of a pain. Parking around the unit is free but limited to 3 (or maybe 2?) hours. If we got back later in the day we would need to park in the surrounding streets and then move the car into the carpark in the morning by which time spaces were always available.
This apartment was great - very clean and everything we needed. Location is the best - easy to walk everywhere. We walked to the Gold Coast Conference Centre easily and out for dinner etc. Would recommend.
