I'm looking forward to welcoming you to this lovely home that I co-own with my son. I love the bayside area of Brisbane and am pleased to be able to share it with others. My working life has been mainly in the human services in a range of roles and I currently work as a Mediator on a casual basis. My two adult children are off leading happy and successful lives, and these days I enjoy gardening, spending time with family and friends, camping, bushwalking and meeting new people.

Jennie has shown herself to be the perfect host. Her premises are spotless , tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. All we needed was there. Our small dog was welcomed by Jennie's own , Georgie. Yes, the slope for parking is a touch steep but is manageable. The location is very handy being close to shops and an easy drive to the Wynnum and Manly foeshores. The city hospital , which was the main purpose for our stay was a relatively easy drive.
The best point of all is Jennie who is a caring , thoughtful and respectful host. Should we need to visit Brisbane again we will aim for Jennie's. Nalda and Tim
Spotless and modern
Jennie was friendly and organised, apartment exactly as advertised.
Arrived easy to find, very clean and tidy, well appointed with all you need. Jennie very nice person, nothing was a bother. Great bed and shower. Would stay again. A brease to clean after our stay. Dave
Best thing about some properties
This is a very nice unit, but sometimes the host/ hostess is overlooked. Certainly not in this instance as Jennie is lovely and went out of her way to make us welcome. Thanks so much Jennie!
Wynnum is a tranquil family-friendly bayside suburb that boasts great facilities for fishing, sailing/boating, walking, cycling, & kayaking. It has a growing number of interesting little cafes & boutique shops springing up in the central shopping centre, as well as along the Esplanade. It's also a popular spot for op shopping! Of course, fish & chip shops abound!
Close by is a Wynnum Plaza which has Woolworths, Coles, KMart and a range of other shops, including a laundromat. Walk to the Wynnum Gold Course!

Wynnum is far enough away from the city to provide all the leisurely benefits of a beachside village, yet close enough (40 minute train ride) to easily enjoy a day out at Southbank or the centre of town.
If you don't have your own vehicle, it's a short walk to bus stops, and a longer walk (about half an hour) to the train station. I am happy to drive guests to the train station if I am available when you wish to travel. A five to ten minute walk will take you to a bus stop for the Wynnum/Manly Loop route which stops at all the train stations.

It is a five minute drive to access the Gateway Motorway which will take you South to the Gold Coast, or North to the Sunshine Coast. The airport is a 10 minute drive away using the Gateway Motorway.
