"Gindanha" - country getaway

A brand new quality country getaway situated just outside Orange. Located on six and a half acres with peaceful rural views to surrounding farms.

Relax and enjoy a golden sunset while sipping on Orange's delicious wines and ciders.

Make your own delicious country breakfast with choice local produce or sit back and let us cook breakfast for you.

The hosts, Maggie and Ron, were absolutely wonderful, and our stay was faultless. We loved our stay at Gindanha. A true farm stay with friendly and accommodating hosts just a 15 minute drive from Orange. The separate house was modern, clean, well equipped and comfotable. Beautiful vistas with the tranquillity of the country. Breakfasts provided were exceptional with hosts committed to fresh produce and sustainability. A great location for a relaxing few days and excellent base for the region.

Maggie and Ron are fabulous hosts! Our cottage was beautifully presented and very eco friendly. Everything was perfect, idyllic scenery, quiet and peaceful. We had fresh milk in the fridge and Maggie even made us blueberry cheesecake and a cooked breakfast! Our dog Archie had a great time too and was welcomed.We left with fresh eggs and homemade jams and marmalade! Wish we lived closer, we'd be back more often.

Absolutely wonderful stay with attentive, welcoming and warm hosts. The B&B is to the side of the main house, but has its own private retreat area and garden. Maggie is taking everything off grid, so you’ll be recycling everything from plastics to tea leaves. She and Ron are doing an amazing job!

Comfy stay and great hospitality

We stayed at Gindanha on a trip from Brisbane to Melbourne and received a warm welcome on arrival. The home is beautifully furnished with all the amenities you could need as well as delicious home-baked treats and breakfast. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic stay at this country property which is detached from the main residence. We stayed there for work. Ron and Maggie were great hosts and went out of there way to cook a homemade breakfast every morning using produce from their garden. Very clean and quiet which was great as we were working late. Would definitely stay at this property any time I am back in town.

Gindanha is a beautiful property, home to well maintained gardens and rescue animals all tended by Maggie and Ron! The cottage is clean the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and a bonus for us was the property is pet friendly. Maggie’s, breakfast and baking, was a lovely treat. Great stay!
