This was a very nice place. Easy walk to both the pool and the beach. Both just across the road. Very close to everything. Owner was very quick on answering a couple of questions we had. Will stay there again.

The property was sufficient but dated. Plenty of room for the 2 of us and easy access to beach. Older building with older decor inside. Nice to have parking spaces included. Very limited ocean view.

Condo is comfortable for 3 people. The beach is literally across the street. I suggest renting a golf cart for transportation, it will make your life easier.

It was a good experience ,we had one issue wash machine quit but we called the contact person they come right over and next day repairman was here made repairs no more issues. We were very impressed how they handled everything in such a timely matter. Thanks for making our stay great

It was perfect for our trip this past weekend. Clean and very simple. Super close to the beach. We did have to make a trip to the store to buy toilet paper and trash bags. There wasn’t even a trash bag in the trash can. All in all it was really nice.

Overall it was great but the refrigerator/freezer did not work and the living room AC did not work. Thought I had an ocean view but it wasn’t bad.

Nasty! Entrance door black and screen door broken. Musty smell inside. Used linens left in bathrooms. Throw rugs were dirty, slippery, guest tripped on it. Coffee was dirty. Overloaded electric plugs. Pool not accessible.

Place is cozy. It is a small apartment. Would not suggest more than a 4 person family. The pool is not on the preoperty that this unit is on. The bath towels they provided were small and cheap. We ended up using our beach towels. There werent any extra trash bags or paper products.

This condo was supposed to be oceanfront with a pool, it is not. Then on the second day we were there, the grounds keeper told us we were no longer allowed to park our vehicles in the parking area provided and asked us to leave, we spoke to the man for a little while and decided to go back up and start packing our things. Less than an hour later, a man just opens the door and steps in, he tells us that we were to leave right away because our reservation was cut short. We spoke to the man for a little while and he told us we would be able to stay the rest of the day, but had to be gone on the early morning. This was supposed to be a vacation, but became a stressful situation.
