The apartment is suitable for max four persons (queen size bed (160x200cm) in the bedroom and sofa bed in the common living room) + one kid up to 3 years (travel baby cot is available on demand, please ask at least 3 days before your arrival). Fully equipped kitchen. 43" LCD smart TV and wireless internet is of course included and available to all guests. Instruction of turning on the TV is available on the spot, but please ask if any additional assistance is required. All towels and sheets are included in the price! Basics for your breakfast will be provided (coffee, tea, sugar, flakes, milk). Also cooking basics are provided (pots and pans, oil, salt and tools). No smoking and no late parties on our premises please. Please keep in mind that this is self check-in apartment, the key will be left in the lock box.

Gemütliches Appartment

Durch den Self Check-in, erfolgte die Ankunft ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet und entspricht genau dem, wie diese in dem Inserat beschrieben wird. Für alle anfallenden Fragen, kann man die Vermieterin kontaktieren. Eine freundliche, schnelle Antwort erfolgt zumeist in den nächsten 10 Minuten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet die Möglichkeit vieles, schnell zuzubereiten unter anderem dank des Gasherdes. Das Bad ist zwar klein aber es steht alles nötige zur Verfügung. Ein Kritikpunkt wäre das Fehlen einer Lüftung bzw. eines Fensters im Bad sein. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und sehr bequem eingerichtet. Gleiches gilt auch für das Schlafzimmer, dessen Bett sehr angenehm ist.

This apartment was designed with love to make us and our guests feel like home when visiting the hometown of our family - Saldus. We always enjoy staying here, because this place is simple, but cozy and practical. I really hope and do my best for also you to enjoy your stay and experience unforgettable moments, while relaxing there with a cup of linden tea.

What makes this property unique

Broceni – this charming small town in the historic Courland district is most commonly known for the cement and slate factory built in 1938 (now “Schwenk Latvia” cement factory). In recent years, this small town with romantic, two-storey red brick buildings has created wonderful attractions for relaxation and tourism. From the main – Lielcieceres street, you can reach the landscaped Broceni beach, where you can enjoy not only swimming, but also play volleyball and basketball in the newly created sport’s fields, as well as use skate park. A playground for kids available. Along the shores of the Cieceres Lake, there is a nice hiking trail with comfortable picnic and fishing spots. The city also offers a variety of activities Mezaparka rope trail, ice skating hall, boat rental and in summer season – jet ski. Bird and beautiful landscape lovers should not miss the Broceni watch tower. Saldus is a 10-minute drive away. 5 minutes’ walk to the bus stop (runs to Riga, Liepaja, Saldus). 150 meters to the A9 motorway; an ideal midpoint on the Riga - Liepaja route. There are several convenience stores and cafeterias with a traditional home cuisine nearby (check or ask opening hours !!). The nearest airport is Riga International Airport, 106 km from the accommodation.
