Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests across four beds, with central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans throughout keeping the temperature comfortable however the Florida weather turns. Two full bathrooms mean the morning routine stays smooth, and the single-level layout keeps everything on one accessible floor from the moment you arrive.
 
Living areas
The main living space handles both downtime and productivity without missing a beat. An HDTV is set up for streaming evenings, and a dedicated workspace gives remote workers or trip planners a quiet corner to land in. The open layout lets the group spread out or pull together naturally - no one ends up crammed into a corner.
 
Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen covers everyday cooking without a fuss. You have a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker at your disposal, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table anchors the space - the right spot for shared meals morning through night.
 
Outdoor living
The screened patio is one of the home's genuine highlights. Comfortable seating, an outdoor dining area, a ceiling fan, and an overhead skylight make it a usable spot across most hours of the day, whether you're having a slow morning coffee or winding down after a beach afternoon. Beyond the patio, the fully fenced private backyard opens up to a quiet stretch of outdoor space - room to breathe and genuinely to yourself.
 
Bathrooms & laundry
Both full bathrooms come stocked with the essentials: towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. An in-unit washer and dryer round things out - a practical extra for beach days, longer stays, or packing light.
 
Location & access
The home sits in a calm Jacksonville Beach neighborhood with the coast, local dining, and shopping all within easy reach. Its proximity to Mayo Clinic also makes it a practical base for guests with medical-related visits. Two driveway spaces are available at no charge, and self check-in via lockbox through a private entrance means arrival works around your schedule entirely.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
