This single-level ranch-style home offers a comfortable layout for up to 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 baths. Designed for easy flow and everyday comfort, the home provides space to gather as well as room to recharge. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans help maintain a pleasant indoor climate year-round.

Living areas
The main living area creates a welcoming place to unwind after a day at the beach or appointments nearby. An HDTV and Wifi support streaming and downtime, while a dedicated workspace offers a practical setup for remote work or planning the days ahead. The single-level design makes it easy to move comfortably throughout the home.

The kitchen gives you a dedicated space to prepare meals during your stay, with full access to a kitchen and dining table for shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners at home. Whether you’re keeping things simple or cooking more involved meals, the layout supports an easy, familiar routine.

Three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms accommodate up to six guests across four beds, offering restful spaces to settle in at the end of the day. Two full bathrooms are conveniently located and include bathroom essentials, along with a bathtub for soaking and refreshing after time outdoors.

The private patio or balcony area includes a screened patio designed for lounging and outdoor dining. A ceiling fan and skylight enhance the breezy, shaded atmosphere, while the fully fenced private backyard provides an open grassy space to enjoy fresh air in privacy. A free washer - In unit and free dryer - In unit make longer stays and beach days easier to manage. Guests have a private entrance and free driveway parking on premises - 2 spaces. Self check-in with a lockbox allows for flexible arrivals and a smooth start to your visit.

Neighborhood
Located in a peaceful Jacksonville Beach neighborhood, the home offers convenient access to the coast, nearby dining and shopping, and the Mayo Clinic. Major roads are close at hand, making it simple to explore the surrounding area while returning each day to a calm residential setting.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
