The Cosy Bungalow - very private, romantic haven.

Cosy bungalow with ensuite, beachy decor, extremely comfortable queen sized bed
Cont. breakfast is provided.
Very private, roomy, detached from main house, ideal for a couple;
foxtel included in the tarrif.
We are a very well travelled couple who love to talk to people from all backgrounds and walks of life.
The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.
An excellent and silent reverse cycle air con /heater
original open fireplace approx 40 yrs old, ideal for those cold winter nights, even cold summer nights.
48 inch TV, usb port for you own faves, but we also have foxtel, inc. movies sport, and lifestyle channels. 'Fridge, microwave, toaster. toasted sandwich maker. Teas, Nespresso coffee machine, biscuits, toasted sandwich maker, shampoo, conditioner supplied.
continental breakfast inc. home made bread and jams [ from our fruit trees ], cereal, milk, yoghurt, tea/coffee,
Guests can use our laundry if needed and iron/ironing board. Free wifi.
Weber BBQ available for your convenience.
Any ripe in-season fruit/vegetables from our garden may be consumed whilst staying in The Bungalow

A gorgeously decorated and equipped little place perfect,

The hosts have thoughtfully equipped and decorated their guest space. It was perfect for our overnight visit to attend a wedding nearby. Beautifully cleaned, neat and tidy. Close to wineries, beach and town a great little get away location for couples. The hosts were such lovely people and incredibly helpful. I’ll Definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thanks for having us.

Wonderful experience

It was just what we needed. Host and hostess friendly and helpful, the room was extremely clean and tidy, bed comfortable. Milk, bread, three kinds of cereal, home-made biscuits and a fruit bowl waiting for us when we arrived. Surrounded by garden and a short walk to the view of the bay. We enjoyed it very much.

Beautifully clean bungalow close to the Beach in a quiet court

Location is perfect so close to the Beach, also in a peaceful quiet court but still close enough drive to get to shops etc. I loved how well thought out the bungalow is the small touches to the suite was amazing it felt like a home away from home. The bed was Super comfortable and the breakfast provided 🤤 and fruit super generous. Overall exceeded my expectations, the cleanliness is impeccable and the service from Denise and family was fantastic and both are super friendly and the offered advice on things to do in the area was so helpful. We would definitely return again I would highly recommended this place

what an amazing property . we arrived to be met by Denise and Ian who showed us through .the included breakfast was sensational with home made Bread and jams made from fruit from the garden . chocolate slice for afternoon tea ! on leaving we were sent off with plums and rhubarb from the garden . easily the best stayz property weve stayed in . 10 stars !

Amazing Cosy Bungalow

This Bungalow was in lovely surroundings and well located to all facilities. The attention to detail in the bungalow was top quality. The little added touches, we had chocolate brownies and a fruit platter waiting for us, were amazing and very unexpected. The hosts, Denise and Ian, were extremely helpful and friendly. Ian, can you please let John know when the submarine races are on so we can book the bungalow and get back down there to watch it. Thank you again to you both for such a lovely set up and your kindness. Hope to see you again soon, John and Lisa
