Only a relaxed 75 minutes drive from Melbourne, this property is ideal for a family and pet friendly getaway.

Set in a quiet street in Torquay, our family home consists of 4 bedrooms (master with ensuite), large family/kitchen/dining area, media/games room with T.V, extra bathroom, covered outdoor area, heated pool, and is fully fenced and secure for your kids and furry friends.

After a long day at the beach or shopping at the nearby outlets, relax by the pool, surrounded by fairy lights, as the sun goes down.

7 night minimum stay Dec/Jan/March/April.

We want you to have a great time in our home but ask you to please respect our neighbours with noise etc.
No Parties.

Double / single bunk (bottom double top single), bedside table with lamp , BIR with hangers.

Bedroom 3:
Queen size bed with bedside table and lamp, television with built-in DVD player , BIR with hangers, ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4:
Queen size bed, bedside tables with lamps, BIR with hangers.

Bathroom:
Shower, bath, basin, soap, shampoo/conditioner (bottle of each in bathrooms)
Seperate toilet (toilet paper provided)

Media / Games Room:
Television, games, three seater and two seater couches, coffee table, bean bag.
Xbox or Playstation 4 on request (conditions apply).

Outside:
- Covered deck alfresco area with three seater couch, dining table and chairs, outdoor heater, grill plate, large single door fridge, bench seat .
- Fenced pool, grassed area for the kids to play and pets to run, basketball ring .

All linen provided which includes sheets, doona and cover, pillows and pillow slips.
Towels provided (please bring your own beach towels or they can provided on request if needed; additional charge).

Pets are welcome inside and outside as long as our furniture is respected; damage will be charged for.

No smoking inside
No glass near pool area for safety reasons.
Children to be supervised at all times whilst in yard, for safety reasons due to pool.
Top pool up with hose if drops below two tiles.

This is our family home so we ask you to please respect and care for it.

Full payment to be made before arrival.

Garage is not accessible and will be locked.


Linen and towels (except beach towels) provided and also quality soaps, shampoo, conditioner, washing liquid, toilet paper and dishwasher tabs.

Bond will be refunded once the property has been checked off on your departure and there are no damages.

A discount will be given to anyone booking for more than seven days (enquiries welcome).
