Flagstaff is a retreat surrounded by gorgeous views of the Flagstaff, Arizona landscape and the onsite golf course, Continental Country Club. The moment you step into this spectacular escape, the fresh mountain air will instantly refresh and rejuvenate. It’s easy to enjoy a wonderful stay here without even leaving the grounds, however, just up the road and only 85 miles away, the Grand Canyon National Park will amaze, astound and take your breath away.

The 2 Bedroom Deluxe comes equipped with a king bed in the master bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, a wonderful full kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The 2nd bedroom may vary between 2 twin beds or 1 king bed. Guests also enjoy TV/DVD player, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, a fire place (in most units), a washer and dryer, and a balcony or patio to complete the unit.

October Fall Break vacation

What a beautiful time of year to be on Flagstaff. We loved our stay. Had fun playing pickleball, unfortunately the pool was closed, but the hot tub was still open.

Nice place for family

It’s a good place for family. Place was fine and description was accurate; however, the main image used was not. The main image used is if more spacious units. It’s a good place for families. I did notice that the upper level (where kitchen and fireplace are) had no smoke detector (and none in the bedrooms) and there were no GFCIs.

Great location for exploring all of northern Arizona!

The room was really nice, larger than we expected. The kitchen had everything you might need, including a crock pot. The amenities were exactly as advertised. My only compliant (which is minor) would be that the pool doesn't have much seating. What little they have gets filled up pretty easily. But the seating they did have was really comfortable. The location was great for our trip, which included days at the Grand Canyon and near Page - both easy day trips, especially with the highway so close.

Horrible Stay

The property itself was fine, and in a good location. The owner was horrible! The first night we had no warm water. The resort fixed it thankfully the next day. The downstairs shower wouldn't turn on either. The resort didn't come to fix it until the day before which was useless. The dryer took multiple times to use to dry our clothes also. We shared our concerns with the owner and he wasn't willing to compensate us for any of the issues we had. He told us to tell the resort and the resort told us to ask him. There was so much back and forth and 100% awful customer service. I would not recommend this property to anyone!

We were told they fixed the items you complained about as promptly as they could manage. As discussed in our chat thread, the resort is responsible for upkeep and maintenance on their property. Any compensation for any issues you experienced would have had to come from them. The information we were given by the resort was that their team was treated horribly by you. We always strongly encourage our guests to treat staff with respect and kindness. While we understand that the issues you experienced during your stay caused you stress, showing proper manners and decency will take you much further in life than being disrespectful to others. We hope you take this advice to heart in your future travel endeavors.

Great place to stay

We came for my daughters graduation. This place was very nice and roomy. Everything was perfect and we loved the jacuzzi on the patio. The activity center was great too. We played some mini golf.
