Great weekend away.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The views were beautiful on the deck to enjoy a night time bbq or a morning coffee on. The house was very spacious. We had a great stay, from the moment we checked in, right until checkout. Very easy people to deal with.

Girls' weekend

Plenty of spots for sitting and chatting. Lovely big kitchen was a part of everything else where a few people could be doing things at one time. Dishwasher! Netflix provided. It was perfect for our group of 5.

Great family holiday!

We are a family of 8 adults and had a wonderful time at this Valla Beach property. It’s a short walk to the beach which is stunningly beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast on the front deck and sunsets on the back deck. Would highly recommend this large well equipped house for a truly relaxing holiday.

Valla beach home

Carl’s house has it all! It catered for our group of 7 adults and one toddler extremely well. It has a great open plan kitchen, dining and living area which meant our group never felt on top of each other. And of course the location couldn’t been better, just a 5 min walk to the beach. Carl has great communication and made sure we were all settled in well. We would definitely use his home again in future holidays to Valla.. Thanks Carl for your hospitality :)

Perfect family accommodation

We’ve had a wonderful stay at the Valla Beach house - a great location! Close proximity to surrounding beaches and attractions in the Mid North Coast. Our host was very responsive to our needs. Our accommodation was very well equipped.

Great house for a beach holiday

We had a lovely time at Valla. The house was great with lots of living space. It has a beautiful outlook overlooking the reserve and is a 5 min walk down the hill to the beach. We will be back!

Cozy family house

The property was enough for 3 families, all the amenities were good. Kitchen and laundry was fully functional. We have been given great advice by the owner. Overall a great and happy experience

Great house in a great location

The Beach House at Valla Beach was a wonderful place to stay for our annual double family get-together. The house is well designed to cater for a large group including a large kitchen and family area - the two decks were particularly wonderful as it provided options for us for different times of day and provided plenty of extra chill-out space. The house is only 2min walk from gorgeous Valla Beach so is in the perfect location. Carl was the perfect host - he replied to every query promptly and even contacted us to extend our stay when the house became available a day early. We loved our stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a great house in a great location with a great host!

Excellent Property!

We stayed here with out family for a wedding we attended in January. The property is beautiful and perfectly appointed with everything you could need. The view and location were perfect with a very short stroll to a beautiful beach. 2 enormous decks and plenty of space to entertain. Carl was brilliant to deal with. Absolutely loved our stay!
