The house is spacious and comfortable with quality furnishings. Extensive renovations, including a new second level, new and extended decks, and a new Colorbond roof, were completed in mid-2019. There are two large living areas, each with gas heaters and large flat screen televisions. The front living and dining room also features a working fireplace for those who enjoy open fires during the winter months. Please provide your own wood and clean fireplace on departure.

The second family living room is adjacent to the kitchen, and includes another flat screen TV and gas heater with fully opening bifold doors to the back deck. Another set of bifold doors lead out from the kitchen to a second large outdoor deck, beautifully capturing the morning sun, with french windows in the front living room also leading out to this deck, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with a microwave, oven, stovetop, large fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The cupboards are also fully stocked with pots, pans and oven dishes for those who enjoy the comforts of home cooking on holiday.

There are four bedrooms that can sleep two people each. Upstairs is a brand new second level, with a king size bed in the over-sized master bedroom, massive walk-in robe, and an ensuite with a huge shower and standalone bath. Bedroom two upstairs has a king single bed, with a trundle bed underneath and a large built in wardrobe. The front bedroom downstairs has a king size bed and ensuite, and a second large bedroom has a queen size bed and a large built in wardrobe.

The main bathroom on the ground level has a bath, separate shower and toilet. The separate laundry at the back of the house has an additional shower and toilet, perfect for rinsing off the sand after a hard day at the beach, plus washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The yard is fully fenced and enclosed with three gates for easy access.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
