Well appointed and well situated

Excellent clear and timely communications before arrival, an immaculately maintained and extremely comfortable home and plenty of thoughtful welcoming extras like fruit and wine make this an excellent base for exploration of the Mornington Peninsula.

Wonderful place..

We had a terrific holiday at this property. It catered for our wide range of ages with a great pool, kids games, books and DVD’s, a pool table and electronic arcade games. The house was impeccably clean and comfortable and the owner was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

Awesome property and host

First entering the property it is obvious the owner takes pride in presentation. Every thing was spotless and we were all blown away with the layout of the house and yard. Countless hours outside even when cold, plenty of protection. With a relatively large group of people there was plenty of space to accommodate everyone's need. A big thanks to Louise, great communication and we were left wanting for nothing. The location was great and plenty for all of us to do during out stay. The pool room and arcade game were a great hit with everyone and a great idea. Would happily recommend this property to anyone either family or groups of friends wanting to catch up.

Beautiful home away from home!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house. Every detail had been thought of to make our stay so comfortable. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and really enjoyed the games room. The location is perfect to explore the peninsula. We could walk to the beach and nearby restaurants/playgrounds/shops (the local IGA is great!)... I thought it was odd there aren't many footpaths in Dromana (?!) so we had to walk on the road with our pram but the streets were very quiet and we felt safe. We found it easy and quick to drive to many tourist attractions nearby. There's so much to see and do! A really great holiday spot for families with young children. Wedding at Redhill

Thanks Louise, you made our stay perfect and easy from start to finish.The house was spotless and very spacious and in a great location to our wedding venue, beach and shops. Our family of 8 had a great break and my Grandsons had a ball in a very well maintained pool. Highly recommend to friends and family for future stays. Cheers Ken

Weekend Amazing

Happy Hols at Dromana

Our family had a fabulous holiday this year. The proximity to the beach and shops was a bonus. The peninsula put on great weather to be able to enjoy the pool and all other activities in this area. The house was presented beautifully and with the little extras included by the host our stay was made more enjoyable.

Great house and location

A lovely modern and very clean house in which to spend a relaxing weekend. Location was excellent being in walking distance to shops, cafes, pub and the beach. Perfect getaway to Dromana!

Had a fabulous stay! The house was impeccably clean and tidy and cozy. Perfect size for two families. Louise was an amazing host, attentive and generous with complimentary wine and fresh bread on arrival and offered us a late check out. The house is located close to beautiful Dromana beach, only a short 5 min or so walk away👌🏽 Easy drive to Rye and Sorrento, but yet away from all the crowds! The fire pit, pool and deck area was just what we needed for a long weekend away. The kids had a ball! Thanks Louise for such a lovely stay! Highly recommend 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Sharon n Steve

Absolutely highly recommend for a getaway!

We enjoyed our short stay! Kids had alot of fun. Me and my wife would play pool and there were toys, books that kept the kids occupied. Absolutely loved our stay. The place was clean and it felt like home. Thanks for welcoming us with a wine, cheese, crackers etc Louise. We enjoyed our stay. 😊

Mums and daughters mini break!

Great property

Wow - what a wonderful property. It sited our family of 10 down to the ground. Unfortunately our trip was cut short because of Covid lockdown but the excellent owner came to the party. Highly recommend and we'll be back.

This property had everything we needed from some food supplied, Nespresso machine and pods, great supply of games for the kids and a really nice outdoor area. We had a very relaxing a fun stay. The owner was very helpful and obliging when we had spme specific requests. I would highly recommend this property.

Our stay at 16 Charles Street Dromana

Louise, your house was our ‘home’ for 5 days. The welcoming wine and food was so very thoughtful. The use of your condiments, etc was so convenient. You think of everything, games for the kids and games for the adults. Having the plastic cups, bowls and plates-what a brilliant idea for the kids. Beachside Bliss

Perfect holiday destination. We had a wonderful time here with our family. The location is outstanding within walking distance to the beach and Dromana shops. Clean, spacious house with an abundance of great activities for guests of all ages (by the end of our stay we were all experts at Pac-Man!) Why go overseas or interstate when we can just go here? The house (and especially the pool) was immaculate and Louise even went above and beyond to organise the pool to be cleaned during our stay. We highly recommend this destination. We hope to be back next summer!
