Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with bright living spaces and windows that overlook the bay, creating a relaxing setting to enjoy the views and evening sunsets.
Downstairs includes a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest space, offering additional privacy and flexibility for families or groups.
The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the island lifestyle, featuring dockage, a summer kitchen, seating areas to watch the sunset, and kayaks and bikes available for guests to enjoy. Whether you're heading out on the water or relaxing at the house, this property offers a great place to experience the laid-back Plantation Key lifestyle. If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect the annual cost of living increase. Many of our guests' re-book the same property on an annual basis. Great Vacation

House is well appointed and the view is incredible. Only suggestion would be to add a shower downstairs as one shower for 3 bedrooms is not ideal. We enjoyed our time at this property.

This place could not have been any better !! Other than the water pressure was low, they had a fantastic view with gorgeous sunsets every evening. The place was extremely clean and the decor very point on !! Cannot say enough good things about this rental ❤️❤️
