We LOVED this property! Very clean, large and spacious. So handy, had every kitchen item we could have possibly needed! Very close to attractions. Very nice pool. Gas grill was AWESOME. Walmart super close. Would have liked ceiling fans in bedrooms just because it was SO HOT while we were there.

Disappointing Stay with Multiple Issues and Poor Maintenance

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. We booked for 6 nights and paid extra to have the pool water heated, only to find it was not heated when we tried to use it. After calling the property management, they assured me someone would come to fix it. However, after waiting for a long period without hearing anything, I called again to follow up. I was told they needed to replace the pump and that it would be fixed the next day. By then, we had no time left to use the pool, so I requested a cancellation and they provided a partial refund. While I received a partial refund, I feel I should have been refunded in full given the numerous inconveniences. The property manager assured me the pool would be repaired so we could still use it, but that never happened. With the pool out of service, we tried the playroom, but none of the games worked. Additionally, the dishwasher didn’t function properly, the washer made a horrible noise and intermittently refused to spin, and the dryer took multiple cycles (often 3–5) of 70 minutes to dry a load of laundry—leading me to question how clean the linens and towels really were. The furniture throughout the house is outdated, and the master bedroom was uncomfortable at best. The bed and mattress were far from what I would expect. The property needs a deep clean, and there should be significant investment in both the appliances and the overall condition of the home. I would not recommend this property, as my experience was

This property is close to Disney. and also is extremely close to restaurants and a walmart which was very helpful. I did run into a couple issues and the property manager was very prompt with resolving. My biggest problem was with garbage not being picked up but that was not to be handled by the property manager but Ridrigo did have someone come right over and take care of it for us. The kids loved the pool very much. I saw some reviews that spoke about needing new mattresses. My bed was fine for me but there were some that said it was to hard or too soft. all the beds had a variety of comfort level. All in all it was big enough for my family.

So unhappy with this house and those running it. This is listed as 6.5 baths with all bedrooms having private baths. It is only 5.5 baths and the 2 bunk rooms share a bath. I messaged about this and was told there are 5 baths and 2 half baths which is also false. Also states extra charge for pool heat. They don’t tell you it’ll be a charge for hot tub too. $30 a day, so would have been $270 for us. When I told them it didn’t say it in the listing, he said “you never asked for clarification”. We definitely wouldn’t have rented had we known these two facts. Here are some of the things needing repairing. The refrigerator took 12 hours to fully cool and we lost a lot of food in the meantime. In the canopy room, the bathroom door doesn’t lock and the shower leaks. The sliding glass door lock doesn’t catch and no lock on screened pool area. The dryer takes 2-3 cycles to dry. They came and took the bbq pit to the neighbors without even letting us know. Overall we are just disappointed with the whole experience. We always rent houses for vacation and never have issues. Im a disabled veteran and the hot tub was a necessity for my therapy, but I didn’t budget that extra money since it wasn’t listed anywhere. I told them this and still nothing could be done. I definitely won’t be staying here again and hope this review helps others not be surprised by things like we were.

Everything was great. Only suggestion is to upgrade your beds they are a little hard. The family had a great time playing at the pool and eating well.

Great house

My overall rating for the house is 5 stars. The only negative to the property was the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress is terrible, one side was completely broken down. We ended up switching to another room. Other than that, the property was great and we enjoyed our stay.

My experience

I spent the week for thanksgiving there, the house was extremely beautiful and we'll clean. the house is in a good place there is all types of stores around the area. My family and I would definitely rent the house again. I highly recommend the house.
