Bliss & Tonic Both is the full duplex — Bliss & Tonic Down and Bliss & Tonic Up rented together — giving large families, multi-generational groups, and reunion travelers the rare combination of shared space and private space under one roof. Four bedrooms. Four bathrooms. Two fully equipped kitchens. Two living rooms with 55" Smart TVs. Two covered bay decks where the morning coffee ritual happens at the same time, just one floor apart.

Each unit has its own master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath. Down's guest bedroom has a full and a twin. Up has a den with a trundle bed for additional guests. The living room sofa sleepers in both units mean the full property sleeps twelve comfortably — with a washer and dryer in each unit so the whole group can pack lighter and stay longer.

The bay decks are where Bliss & Tonic earns its reputation. Covered, spacious, and overlooking the Intracoastal — guests describe the mornings here as the best part of the trip. Dolphins and seabirds are regular visitors. In the evenings, the shared gas grill and outdoor shower round out the outdoor living setup that makes this property work for groups who want to spend time together without being on top of each other.

Steps from the property, a local park delivers what most vacation rentals can't: a kayak and paddleboard launch directly onto the Intracoastal Waterway, a fishing pier, a basketball court, and a playground. Guests have fished off the pier, launched kayaks before breakfast, and let the kids run the basketball court while dinner was on the grill — all without getting in the car.

The Gulf is two blocks away. Bridge Street is minutes out — Daiquiri Deck, Beach House, and the full stretch of Bradenton Beach's restaurants and shops within easy walking or trolley reach. Six off-street parking spaces means the whole group arrives in their own vehicles without coordinating.
