Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

The property manager coerced me to pay a security deposit that was supposed to get reimbursed on December 28. They did not reimburse the deposit citing since I booked with Agoda on the same location, they were going to keep my deposit. U called the host multiple times but he barred my number.
