This home is large enough to accommodate a large family and quaint enough to make you feel right at home if you decide to just get away with your significant other. Beautiful home, amazing view!

This home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The view is amazing - gator watching/ golf course view/ beach view all in one!

Annual Family Vacation

We had a wonderful tie at Carolina Calm. The view was fantastic from the screen porch. There was plenty of room for entire family and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels in baths and even beach towels to use when ours needed laundering. The house was located in a great community with plenty of parking and so close to one of the pools we used with our amenity cards. That is a "must purchase" in order to use these amenities and well worth the extra $60 fee. Having the 6 person cart was a must for our crew and it was great that it was included with the rental. There were a couple of small "hiccups" and our host Sherry was on top of it and were resolved very quickly. We would definitely be back to Fripp Island and would rent Carolina Calm again....Thanks Sherry!

We have been coming to Fripp for 20 plus years. After our first visit, we did not hesitate to purchase our first vacation home here, fast forward to 2008 and our next door neighbor decided to sell their home so we bought it as well to be utilized as a rental property, fast forward to 2019 and a house 2 houses down the street came on the market, this beauty couldn’t be passed up. We spend most of our time in the upstate of South Carolina but spend as much time as we can at Fripp!

Why they chose this property

Why this property? Well there are so many reasons but I would say the top reason, in our opinion, is the view. Followed close by, this end of the island tends to be much more quiet once the sun goes down - we get a few golf cart cruisers, but being on a culdesac on a short street helps keep the traffic to a minimum. You are literally 100 yards from the driving range of Ocean Point Golf Links, the pro shop and the practice putting green.

What makes this property unique

This open concept home and fully stocked kitchen allows you to always be a part of the current event going on. However, the house offers the luxury of being able to get away from the current event going on too by going on the deck, screen porch or upstairs to one of the bedrooms. The property was just completely renovated late spring 2022. Updates are too many to list -
