About this property

Grand gîte des Vezardieres: Relaxation and well-being at the gates of Beauval

Cottage labeled 'Gites de France Touraine' with 10x5 m swimming pool covered and heated from early April to mid November.
fitness area free access from mid November to late March (and optionally with supplement from early April to mid November)
ground floor: living room with tv, large living room 50m2 with fitted and well equipped American kitchen
2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) bathroom (bath + shower) wc.
upstairs: 3 parqueted bedrooms (2 140 cm beds 1 1601 cm bed 90) bathroom wc, separate wc and shower adjoining a bedroom
swings, swings, bowling pitch, ping pong table, football goal, terrace, large lawn 2000 m2

Swimming pool surrounded by walls, very intimate, secured by a gate with code. The swimming pool and its wide beach and its sun loungers are at your exclusive disposal.
In a restored annex building you can use a French billiard table and enjoy a TV room with a large screen;
in this same room you will find a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and some weight machines
The fitness area (included in the rental from mid November to end March when the pool is no longer heated) can be rented additionally outside these periods (400 euros / week in high and very high season, 300 euros other weeks and 150 euros per weekend) it includes: a whirlpool, a sauna, a walk-in shower, a small cloakroom, a hand washing machine and a hair dryer.The sheets are not included ( 100 euros for all the beds)
the pool and spa heating is included in the rental price but not the electricity for the gite part.
we are located in the countryside 8 kilometers from the Beauval zoo
For large weekends in May and June ask us for a quote to adjust our daily rate

Fabulous time

House was gorgeous, really homely. Group of 8 sharing. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Pool and gardens were lovely. Located in rural environment so very quiet. Kitchen was good size for large group. Eating area outside was perfect for our group. My husband particularily loved the BBQ! The hosts were very attentive to any query. Would highly recommend.

Trois jours en famille très agréables dont une journée à Beauval à 1/4h du gîte.Le temps magnifique nous a permis de bien profiter des extérieurs et des jeux , table de ping pong, terrain de pétanque , piscine( eau un peu fraîche)et de manger sur la grande table de la terrasse.Accueil sympathique des hôtes qui nous ont laissés partir en fin d’après-midi le dimanche.

Maison tout à fait adaptée à des vacances en famille, très calme en pleine campagne, grand jardin bien entretenu avec jeux pour les enfants. Maison très propre et spacieuse. Le spa et la piscine ont été très appréciés, même par temps frais, baignade sous le toit couvrant. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très réactifs. Gite très grand pour notre groupe de 10 personnes. Très bien équipé tant à l'intérieur (grand salon à manger, cuisine équipée, petit salon détente, grandes chambres) qu'à l'extérieur (barbecue, boulodrome, balançoire, ping-pong, parking). L'espace bien être est un vrai plus avec aussi un espace activité (billard français et jeux vidéo) cela permet d'avoir des espaces séparés si nécessaire. Châteaux de la Loire à proximité. Voiture nécessaire pour les commodités. Difficile de trouver des points négatifs à ce gite de groupe !

Rustig gelegen in landelijk gebied. Stilte was opvallend. Mooi zwembad. Veel voorzieningen aanwezig. Vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaars. Sommige zaken waren wat versleten. Zoals doucheruimtes en keuken en bedden. De hoofdkussens waren bijv. niet ok. Wel een mooi ontspannend verblijf gehad. Extra troef : Groot wild te spotten in de directe omgeving.

gite d'exception

le gite est exceptionnel de part sa situation (en pleine campagne, calme, prestations à la hauteur, propreté …bref tout est à l'attendu), maison vaste, avec du "cachet" et puis il y a l'accueil des propriétaires, qui habitent à coté, juste exceptionnel, chaleureux, d'une extrême gentillesse et le tout dans la discrétion !! je recommande sans hésitation !!!
