About this property

Beach access ! Surfing! Fishing! Swimming! All at your fingertips from this luxurious beach home!! This property is in the best location!!! It’s one house back from the beach with its own walkway only shared by neighbours. Beach is private and unpopulated being that we are at the end of the houses. From here on it’s 8 k’s of beautiful untouched beach! Sea views from your own beautiful deck to laze around on. House has all the mod cons such as a huge lounge suite with recliners to socialise with friends. Big tv in lounge and tv with Netflix in master bedroom. Linen and towels are included. Luxurious upstairs bathroom with twin basins and twin showers and a free standing bath to soak in. There are two outdoor showers on the property with warm water to wash of the sand from the beach. There are trendy cafes, restaurants and a movie theatre within walking distance at the Papamoa shops. Popular tourist attraction Mt Maunganui is only a 20 minute drive away. Access is by stairs at the front and rear to the 1st floor entrances. Not recommended for the elderly or those with physical disabilities that have difficulty with stairs. Modern appliances like induction hob and combination microwave/convection oven. All guests are given my phone number for calls or txts anytime regarding assistance and advice.

Our all in all review

Location was good, not too far from everything, beach was just a minutes walk, house was smaller then we expected (family of 5) but we made the most of it, showering was challenging as the water temp kept changing boiling hot to freezing cold🤦‍♀️😂, for us we have very sensitive skin so due to the amount of dust particles we did need to shake and vacuum the furniture down and wash all the towels before using them as we noticed they were brand new, for FiveSpot a night with a twospot cleaning Fee we did expect the cleaning standard to be higher, and the security cameras were abit unsettling as we noticed they were all Active and on during our stay there, privacy is a must for us but hopefully with this feed back, our lovely host will make changes , all in all we enjoyed the beach and location😊🌊. We give this stay a 4 and a 1/2

Great property for a beach stay

House is a 30 second walk to the beach which is fantastic & is close enough to local shops to walk there also (recommend a visit to RISE bakery). House is well laid out for a family group with everything needed for a comfortable stay provided.

Great location

Just seconds from the beach, the house had everything you could need. Couch was old and tired and beds were uncomfortably soft, but if you dont mind that then the house was perfect.

Why they chose this property

Location location location.!!! This property is only a stones throw away from the beach. It has stunning views of the water. It has its own private access. House is beautiful with outdoor showers lovely decks on both sides and well set out inside. Smacking bathroom upstairs and a beautiful main room with king bed. House has lovely big windows to get the most of the stunning beach views. Close to shops cafes restaurants etc but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We love it here !
