Condo 8104 is a luxury Lakefront condo that offers a tremendous view from 8th floor of The Towers at Parkview Bay. Large Deck is furnished with extra seating area, table, chairs, and gas grill. The master bedroom provides elegant comfort in the king size bed and beautiful renovated master bath with large walk-in shower. Second bedroom features a queen bed with private access to second bathroom. 3rd bedroom features a queen bed. All bedrooms have a new smart TV. This amazing condo sleeps 6. The Towers has elevators and the indoor amenities of a heated pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center. Outdoor 3000 sq ft. pool is also heated. This condo has many extras, with the pool right there within steps and beautiful view of the lake.

Oct-May Longterm rentals, perfect for Travel Nurses or other Medical Personnel for 3-6 month stays. Very close to hospital!!

Golf trip

A large group of friends and myself have been coming every year to the Ozarks for a few days of golf for over 40 years. This unit was nicely appointed and would recommend it to others. Very clean.

Quiet and great view

We had a great stay at this condo! The views were incredible from the deck. Lots of seating as well. The condo was quiet and updated. The host was incredible! We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we wanted

Arrangements were smooth, the property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The view from the perfectly set-up balcony was my favorite! It was so peaceful and beautiful. The indoor pool and hot tub were a huge hit with all too!

Fantastic Modern Comfortable Home

The property was great - exactly what we wanted for a pre-holiday girls' getaway. Quiet, super clean, roomy, and comfortable condo was perfect for us. We loved sitting on the spacious balcony just looking out at the lake and sipping coffee. The indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were so nice to use in cold weather. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining table was a great large size for games and crafts. We will book again!
