Bahama breeze

When we arrived at 4:00, unit had not been cleaned. Milk in refrigerator, toothpaste in sinks. Just dirty. I called Elliott management and someone finally showed up around 6:00. She cleaned quickly and removed one shower curtain that was covered with mold. She said maintenance would be back with a new one. They never came. The diverter in both tubs was frozen up so only the shower worked, which would have been fine if we had a shower curtain. The indoor pool that was advertised was under repair. One hot tub didn’t work the entire week. The other hot tub was only hit for one day then was not heating the rest of the week. It was so bad we left on Thursday afternoon even though we paid through Friday morning

Dirty Condo, Beautiful Views

Overall we had a wonderful time, but I cannot recommend this condo to anyone. We will not be booking this condo or any condo through Elliot again. The bad: *The condo was dirty on arrival, despite receiving a text around noon that it was ready. There was sand that covered the floor, and we had to purchase cleaning products. We attempted to use the vacuums, but they did not pick anything up and smelled like animal. Dust covered the fans, faux plants, and baseboards. We found hair in the freshly washed bedding provided, and multiple comforters had stains that appeared to be blood. *Many items were out dated or worked poorly. The sliding glass door stuck in the tracks, was difficult to lock/unlock, and if it was shut the whole way, you were stuck on the balcony because the hand grips tucked into the frame of the door. The bathroom door in the double bedroom stuck very hard, and it had an obvious gap at the top because it was secured to the jam effectively (random mismatched screws were used). Water did not drain in the tubs and gathered a few inches with each shower. The bathroom light in the master shower was duct taped, the dryer took forever to dry, and the dishwasher was extremely loud. The couches were nice at one point, but seemed a little ratty upon our arrival. A bit dirty and pilling from prior use. *This is no fault of the rental company, but the parking garage was also extremely tight compared to any others I have used. There were oddly placed support beams that made it difficult to park our large SUV. The good: *The kitchen was well stocked (wish it had more than one cutting board) and large. It has a microwave, oven/range, dishwasher and garbage disposal. It was also nice to have a coffee maker. *The balcony is stunning! The view from the 11th floor is what made me book this condo. It has four sturdy plastic chairs and two foot rests. *The condo itself has a nice amount of space and is well appointed with three bedrooms and three ensuite baths. The third bedroom bath has two doors for commons use. *The complex is very nice. It is right on the beach, has two pools and hot tubs, plus a small lazy river for the kids. There are three elevators and we did not have to wait long, even during busy times. However, they often smelled strongly of cleaner or like someone had been sick. Two parking spots were provided. *The check-in staff was extremely friendly. The office was located just two blocks from the complex.

Terrible customer service

Check in was horrible. Told we couldn’t get in room till we received a text. Finally went in co ndo at 7:30. Still hadn’t been cleaned from the last people. Dirty linens and towels. After several calls they sent a cleaning lady at 20:30 pm for a quick cleaning. On S Monday went to dry clothes and the dryer wasn’t working so I called and they were to send a repairman which never happened. Horrible customer service. Unit needs a deep cleaning and some repairs done Would ne er deal with this company again
