The "oversized" casita also has a vanity, walk-in closet, and mini kitchen area including microwave, refrigerator, and ice maker. The casita bathroom features sunken in bath/shower. The "oversized" third guest room is nearby while the fourth is located on the opposite side of the estate with its own patio area.

Living areas feature classic, mid-century, wide open floor plan that connects the living room with fireplace, dining room, and sun room with bar, all on grand scale with walls of glass doors revealing the heavenly view of the San Jacinto Mountains.
