Shore Residences, a “private island” in the middle of the city is located at the well-known Mall of Asia Complex, right next to the Entertainment City, the next Las Vegas of Asia. The Bay, SMX, MOA Arena, Met Live, Solaire Resorts and Casinos, City of Dreams, Okada Manila, E-Com Towers that house emerging BPO companies and private sectors, PICC, CCP Complex, are a few of our neighbors. It is strategically located at Seaside Blvd., almost cornered with Macapagal Blvd and the other end of EDSA.

Minimalist interior design, super clean and comfy. All basic things are provided to make sure that guests will have the best living experiences, may it be for short stays, staycations or a long one.

Too many faults

Apartment had not been properly prepared for us, the AC filter was clogged and filthy, and the drainage grease filter was clogged causing water to overflow onto the kitchen flow, and required two visits by workmen to clear. Excellent location. Bedroom curtains did not cover the full width of the window, Internet could have been better. Overall, a nice apartment, perfect location, spoilt by lack of attention to detail by the owner.

It is strategically located at Seaside Blvd., cornered with Sunset Blvd. Lots of restaurants can easily be found in the ground floor of the building, Banks are also accessible as well as 24/7 convenient stores.
