My first bad experience on VRBO

I’ll start with the positives: the unit is large, in a good location and might appeal to someone at a much lower price point. The photos are very misleading. It is old and smells rather bad. Parts of it have been refurbished but it is way overpriced. We stayed in an almost new apartment in Katakasu Fukuoka for almost a third of the price. We checked out after the first night and the property manager won’t honor a refund. VRBO doesn’t do anything to support our claim so I will likely delete my account.
