Downtown Salida location. Easy access to river, hiking, dining, shopping, farmers market. Garage parking for 1 vehicle. Well equipped condo with an incredible balcony and Mountain View’s. Comfy beds and nice showers. Will definitely stay again!

What really impressed us was the amount of provisions - from bags of snacks to Q-tips!A closet in the kitchen contains hot sauce, a drawer contains all the herbs you’d ever want, etc. Great location on the river, walking distance to all the downtown restaurants.The only problem is noise from traffic - this condo is located in the front of the building.

Lovely, spacious, clean!

We spent 3 nights with our 2 adult daughters at river run condo and could not have picked a better place to stay. This is a comfortable, tastefully decorated, bright space that suited our needs perfectly. It is walking distance to everything in downtown Salida and comes with a parking space (although overnight street parking for my daughter’s car was not a problem.) Communication with Alli the property manager was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely condo and location

We had a great time in Salida as always! This was the first time staying at this location. We loved the location, the secure building, garage and condo! We loved all the space, the decor, it was so very nice. We look forward to staying here again in the Fall.

Awesome place!

The property is located in a great area of town. It is so close to all the great restaurants and shops Salida has to offer, plus it's just one block from the downtown river front and park/playground, which was perfect when travelling with a little one. The condo was clean, decorated nicely, and just as expected based on the photos. It was also stocked with every amenity we needed, which was greatly appreciated. Wonderful place, wonderful town, and wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time in Salida and couldn't stop talking about what a perfect location we had! You can walk everywhere- we only moved the car doing daytrips. The balcony was huge and great to catch some afternoon sun and people watch. The home had plenty of paper towels/toilet paper/cleaning supplies. There are a couple codes for the property so we felt super safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location to enjoy the town

This is the perfect location to park your car and enjoy the town. It is right by the river, shops and restaurants. The layout of the condo was great, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the deck off the dining room/living room for drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails before dinner. You have a nice view of the mountains. We appreciated that the property manager reached out to let us know how to access the parking garage (the streets were closed for a festival the weekend we went) and all the instructions given to access the building and condo were easy to follow. The building is secure and we felt safe. Highly recommend staying here to enjoy all that Salida has to offer.

Lovely condo

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. Sadly, we had to cut our trip short because I had elevation issues. Attractively decorated. Bathrooms were a good size. TVs’ only had streaming. There were lots of treats available along with coffee. The only thing I would change is the shades on the bedroom windows allow in too much light. Because of the downtown locations, streetlights shined through. I like dark rooms for sleeping. Just my preference. Owner is wonderful- reached out before we left and welcomed questions. You really can’t go wrong staying here! Near everything. No need to drive unless you are venturing out to Buena Vista, etc.

Loved this property! Walking distance for everything. Bonus roof top with grill and view of downtown. Great attached deck for chilling with a glass of wine. Everything we needed (and more) was available to us. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We had a great time in the River Run condo in Salida. The location couldn't be better!Check-in and out instructions were clear and everything went smoothly. Parking in the attached garage was a plus.The condo is really cute and had everything we needed - I really appreciated the coffee that was provided. We were in town for a wedding and others in our group stayed in the same building, so that was really convenient for getting together with others for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

This property was wonderful! It was in the perfect location. We were steps from the river and all the action downtown. We had an issue with a code for the game room but Ali was very responsive and went out of her way to get us the code quickly. It turns out it was closed during our stay but they made an exception for us! So wonderful. We will definitely stay again!

A Gem in Salida

The condo was one of the best short-term rentals we have stayed at. A perfect location just steps from river and a plethora of restaurants, shops, etc. For those that want to eat in, there is a Safeway just a couple blocks away that is very convenient. The condo had absolutely everything we needed and was superbly equipped. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Amazing spot in Salida

Truly the best stay we’ve ever had in Salida! Location is unbeatable, especially with our kiddos who loved being steps from the river and an area where they could easily play in the river. Plus close to the main street restaurants and shops. And the condo is self is so nice and has great amenities. We’ll definitely stay here again!
