Sawyer River Lodge (new construction) Deluxe Hotel Condominums located directly across the street from Attitash Base Lodge and ski lifts. These are the big houses with natural wood siding and green trim.

I am a dentist who owns four separate condos (entire first floor) at highly desired Sawyer River Lodge:
- Two studio condos (each studio sleeps four people)
- Two large one-bedroom condos (each condo sleeps 6 people or more)
- We own the entire first floor with four condominiums. Rent on or all.

TOUR SAWYER RIVER RUN LODGE
-Open the FRONT doors of the mudroom entrance foyer, it is one huge space that has ski storage and washer dryer. Bright, new, luxury construction.

DESCRIPTION:
1) Christmas week rental 7 nights Available Sunday to Sunday:
Check-in 4:00pm Sunday
Check-out 10:00am Sunday
If you are interested in a partial week, please indicate exact dates.

2) PRIVATE STUDIO that sleeps four with king-size bed and pull out sofa with a full bath, gas fireplace, television, cable TV, kitchen, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Furnished like a hotel.

3) Christmas week rental 7 nights : HUGE ONE BEDROOM CONDO with common sleeping area and sunroom (sleeps 6 or more). Sunny, spacious, all new construction has a master bedroom with television, gas fireplace, master bathroom, community full bath room, pull out couch, Murphy bed, television in main living room with gas fireplace. There is also a nice sun room with a ceiling fan and a door to the side yard. Large kitchen fully equipped, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave.

3. Washer/dryer/laundry area in main mud room entrance way.

All the linens, blankets, pillows, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels are there (like a hotel). You probably may want to bring extra shampoo, soap and toilet paper, in case you run out.
