1- localização com uma rua muito ruim cheia de buracos e ceirano esgoto 2 - Estacionamento mal organizado em sua distribuição se você chegar por último corre o risco de não conseguir guardar o carro. 3 - quando chove no fim do dia o estacionamento virá uma lagoa, entra água na porta da sala e os ralos dos banheiros ficam com retorno do esgoto subindo assim um pouquinho de feses nos ralos. 3 - os apartamentos do térreo ficam todos a mercê das biqueira de água dos apartamentos de cima...e no último dia como não parou de chover o estacionamento ficou com cheiro de esgoto... As janelas dos banheiros dos apartamentos térreo foram mal projetadas, ficam muito baixas e visíveis para quem passa no corredor e para os moradores dos andares de cima dos apartamentos de frente...tudo se resolveria se pensassem em um vidro jateado...
