Lugar novo, tem potencial pra ser muito bom

Nossa estadia no apartamento não foi muito boa, logo no checking tivemos um contratempo com o horário combinado, e ficamos esperando até que o mesmo fosse limpo pra ser entregue. Por este motivo, acredito eu, o lugar não estava muito limpo, banheiro bem sujo, tivemos que limpar. O lugar, descrito com capacidade para 8 pessoas, não comporta isso, estávamos em 8, 5 adultos, 3 crianças, e nao tinha cama para meu filho de 4 anos, tendo ele que dormir comigo, e meu filho de 17 anos, colocado acima como adulto, dormiu na sala, num sofá cama super desconfortável. Sobre as comodidades: Internet não funcionava, estávamos com 1 adolescente e 3 crianças, sem internet, num fim de semana com muita chuva, catastrófico ....pagamos pra entrar no sábado 12h e sair na segunda 12, porém, sem internet e com uma TV que pegava apenas 4 canais ( abertos) tivemos que ir embora no domingo 9h....pois as crianças não tinham nada pra fazer ( não tem um quintal, como a proposta é meio que ser um hotel, não há nada lá pra fazer com chuva) Outro ponto é a garagem, não tem!! Apesar de ser um ligar super novo, não tem manutenção, meu quarto alagou por conta do ar condicionado que vazava muito, o ar do outro quarto não funcionava... Enfim, é um lugar NOVO, bonito, com um super potencial de ser um lugar delicioso....super perto do mar, perto de tudo, mercadinhos, farmácias, o Renan é um proprietário prestativo, nos atendeu em todas as nossas necessidades , junto com o zelador, porém, são pontos esses citados, que eu, como viajante, gostaria muito de ler antes de fechar. Não é um bom lugar pra ir com crianças....se for um grupo de amigos, casal, jovens, com certeza se incomodarão muito menos e terão menos transtornos do que tivemos. Acredito que com o tempo e experiência, eles farão destes apartamentos um lugar incrível.
