Awesome place

Very nice resort, everything was great, I would definetely go back, close to Disney parks, but I would not be on Lasso Dr because you have the highway in the backward.

Perfect Place to Stay

The house was beautiful with a pool and hot tub. There is also a movie theatre, pool table, ping pong and video games. We also used the tennis courts, water park and kids play area. The location is close to everything. Disney and Universal are about half hour away. There are places to eat and shop just a few miles away. Quiet area to stay with lots to do right at the resort.

Very Clean Great Property Manager

Great experience. House was clean everything went great accept the cleaning people changed the code and the community person had to reset it, but they were diligent and it was done quickly. Overall great experience. Great house! Pool and hot tub were perfect.

Amazing property!

The house was beautiful! The location is quiet. The house had everything we needed. The only time we went out was to go to Islands of Adventure! Lol Ms. Dias and Jeeves were very attentive when I reached out. The only issues I had though… 1) The stove was cracked and although Jeeves said it’s fine to use. That should really be replaced because it can cause more damage in the future. And 2) The check-in process (as far as going to the actual resort lobby to get the gate cards) was difficult and I honestly think that should’ve been done before we arrived. **Future suggestion: The gate passes or cards (for the duration of guests stay) would be awesome to already have prepared along with the guest envelope that was on the counter upon arrival! Other than that, my family and I had a wonderful stay! And we would definitely come back!

Great family house

The house was immaculate, close to all resort amenities. The pool area is private and great for the kids. Erica was great to deal with, very responsive and helpful. We will definitely book again.

Well accommodated and great location

The home and area was very nice and proximity to Disney as well as many restaurants and shopping was very nice … the only negative I would say is maybe something I missed in the description … I have a pool and hot tub at home and when it stated in the description that there was a hot tub and pool ( separately) I figured that when it asked about heating pool I didn’t need that since we love a cool pool. However in order to utilize the hotub you MUST pay for the pool heat …. I feel that if you are advertising you have a hot tub you should not require to pay extra for heating it. Otherwise we were happy with the property

Very nice

The house was very clean,close to parks, and the beds were very comfortable. The playset in the backyard was a nice surprise. Two games didn't work and the pool alarm didn't either. I notified the management company and they came right out to fix the pool alarm. (We have two little ones). Overall great place to stay and would recommend highly.

Awesome Property

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and clean, looks exactly like the pictures. The kitchen had tons of extras and everything we needed to cook our meals. We paid extra for the heated pool and it was very warm, kids loved it. The air hockey table and one arcade game didn’t work but there was still plenty to do. The amenities were very nice and close to the house. Checking in was easy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Beautiful House

The house was absolutely beautiful and set up for numerous guest! We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the many amenities. The house felt like home and had everything you would need! We did have several issues but those were dealt within 36 hours (paid for the pool to be heated, but it did not work, prosperity management came out the next day and fixed it; the PlayStation controllers did not have a charger or a way to be charged; they replace that the next day; thermostat would not adjust- fixed that evening, dishwasher was not heating/drying and they fix that the next day also).
