Chain O'Lakes Homes for large muti-family groups, Sleeps 20.

The Summerset House is expansive. It can accommodate up to 20 people all under one roof. It is located only steps away from the shoreline of Sunset Lake and has a small sandy beach as well. It includes 3 1/2 bathrooms, a garage, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, a patio, and large upper deck. Sleeping quarters include 6 bedrooms, 1 open bunk room , and a sleeper sofa. The renovated mid-level deck offers breathtaking views of the lake and is a great place to congregate. The property includes 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, a swim raft, picnic tables, and a firepit right on the shore. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Bedding is included with this property. Towels are not included. No pets or smoking allowed.

Also note that you can combine this property with my Farmhouse & Annex property to sleep a total of 41! The Farmhouse & Annex is the neighboring property.

Family getaway weekend

This property was perfect for our large family. Plenty of entertaining and sleeping space. Kitchen was very well stocked. We all enjoyed the kayaking and fishing.

Nice Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed the house and it met our needs for our friends and family. Only issue we had was no carpeting or curtains which were shown in the pictures. Which really dampens the sound. Otherwise the house was as advertised. Would recommend this house again.

Family week

Good location on the chain of lakes. Enjoyed our bay area, we had 8 grandchildren under 8 years old and the beach/ pier area was great for all. Used paddle boards and kayaks extensively. House worked perfectly with kids room secluded in the basement and TV and bunk beds for them. Nice kitchen layout and liked the picnic tables on the deck where we ate most of our meals. Use of garage was nice and lawn area worked well for yard games. We'll pleased overall.

10 Stars on the Chain!

John is an impeccable host and his properties, inclining this one, are truly outstanding. We have rented another property in the past and decided to do a last-minute booking for Memorial Day weekend with John again. If I could give 11 out of 10 stars, I would. Not only was the property massive, it was extremely clean, well-appointed, comfortable and had absolutely stunning views. We had a group of just six and this house can easily accommodate several large families. We were able to easily dock our rental boat at the convenient dock and had an absolute blast with multiple generations. Please stay here! It won’t disappoint and you’ll be so glad you did.

Beautiful Lake - Great for Multiple Families

Love the Waupaca area and the lake is beautiful. House was great for a larger group of multiple families. The owner was very nice and super quick to respond to any questions or give us great recommendations for the area. Would definitely stay again.

Fun in the sun.

The cabin was just great for our family, ranging in age from 10-70’s. The owner was there at checkout-in & helpful during our stay. The cabin was clean & comfortable.The location was perfect & the whole family enjoyed the pontoon ride around the chain of lakes.
