Terrible customer service

I don't usually write reviews, however when it deals with how you are treated, I feel that it is important to let you know that the property manager was rude and disrespectful. Stay away from this one, there are plenty more condos in the same area.

Fabulous trip!

We loved our most recent trip to HHI and this place certainly added to the great time we had. It’s such a great location with a beautiful view of the cove. My son loved getting to fish right from the backyard! We enjoyed coffee in the morning watching the sunrise. The house had all the essentials for cooking and comfortable beds for sleeping. We can’t wait for our next trip!

A Peaceful Relaxing Time

What a fantastic spot! Loved the views of the bay and every morning we would start our day on the back patio, go out and adventure and end our day in that same spot! We loved watching all the various birds enter the bay and enjoyed watching the fishing boats as well. (The owner even has a bird book so you can look up the birds. The beach is a short walk or bike-ride away and the Salty Dog is very close too. The kitchen is all up to date and it has everything you would need in it. There is even a washer and dryer if you need it. The house also has games and puzzles for those rainy days. This owner has thought of everything and it was an enjoyable stay. There is also an adorable loft area which is great for a single person or teen. Plenty of room and LOVE LOVE the windows that look out into the. bay. The windows give you a sense of being in the outdoors and call you to go out and enjoy. The owner is responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our peaceful and relaxing stay and would stay again.

Wonderful stay!

One of the great things about this property is its location in South Beach. Easy access to the beach, bike rentals, restaurants, shops, water recreation, tennis, pickle ball, and golf. If you like to walk or bike ride, there are miles of paths in Sea Pines. And it overlooks a picturesque lagoon with lots of birds and jumping fish. This unit is roomy enough for four adults. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but clean. Very satisfied overall.

Good location but subpar inside

Location was great but the place was dirty. Master bathroom shower was the worst, overall less than we expected. Plus the AC went out but the property manager was responsive and had someone out to fix it within 24 hours.

Great location!!!

You cannot beat the location of this condo! The view is AMAZING! Having coffee out on the deck and watching the sunrise each morning was incredible! Owners/Managers were so easy to work with throughout our stay as well as before. This is a great condo!

Sea Pines Get Away

The owner was extremely responsive and texted before arrival and during the trip. Upon arrival we found things nice and clean. Loved the location right next to the Salty Dog. Loved the view of Braddock Cove out back. The beach was a 10 minute walk. We were very pleased with all the owner did to make our stay the best possible. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely stay here. The property owner was incredibly helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had. Our only problem was that we wished we had stayed longer!

Best location

Having been to Hilton Head many times over the years we chose this mainly property because of its great location in Sea Pines. The condo itself was clean and just as I expected and the check in process was easy. Plenty of room for a family of 5 including a nice loft area with a full bed. We rented bikes for a few days and rode all of the paved bike trails. It was fun to ride into Harbor town and get ice cream. Salty dog cafe is also right around the corner. For us the best part was that the inter coastal waterway was right out the back door with beautiful sunrises and lots of fish!! Also, the beach is just a short walk. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

The location was ideal. Two members of a wedding party and our plus ones stayed here. It was only a couple minutes to walk to Salty Dog, where the rehearsal dinner was, and only a 6 minute walk to our wedding venue, so I can't say anything but great things about the location! The views of the water were also fabulous. The place itself was clean, but could use some touch ups, which is to be expected from a rental. The beds were not the most comfortable, but I was happy to have a place to sleep so close. Check in was slightly confusing. We were given three different addresses and depending on the map app you used, each one showed up differently or didn't show up at all. I suggest using google maps with the main unit number address. Just note that the last turn it tells you to take is the wrong one. Follow the signs for the unit numbers! In the emailed instructions, it also told us we had to go to a drive up window at a specified address for a gate pass, but we actually had to purchase it directly at the gate. I can't add much on the communication. The owner texted me two days before with the instructions, which I appreciated. I didn't ask any questions and just figured it all out, so no complaints there. Overall, it's definitely a good spot for a weekend get away.

Great Location!

Minor cleaning issue very quickly resolved. Helped out with a Hair Dryer! Great layout inside and an even better outside directly on the cove and a few minutes walk from the ocean.

Great and Wonderful Place

What a wonderful place to stay! The wife and I can't even begin to describe how great it is! Only a few minutes walk from the Salty Dog Cafe, right next to a bike rental place, a few minutes drive from everything else! Not to mention the view from the back porch! Right on the water and daily visits from the pelicans and the ducks.
