This modern apartment with elegant furnishing is located in the very heart of the centre on Komenskega Street in a peaceful complex just 500 m away from main square / Three bridges / in the historical center. It offers comfort and privacy just a few minute walk from the central open air market hall, famous St. Nicholas Cathedral and Dragon Bridge.

The apartment has a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), kitchen with stove, oven, big refrigerator, microwave oven, dining table and living area with sofa which falls down to a bed (160 x 200 cm), bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment also has a balcony where the guests can relax in warm days. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, telephone, LCD TV, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, air conditioning.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator access and it has a parking space in the underground garage (only for personal vehicles that do not exceed the usual size of 5m). Reservations must be made in advance.

Arrivals take place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departures up to 10:00, unless agreed upon otherwise. For late arrivals from 21:00 to 23:00 there is an additional cost of 25 EUR, for night arrival from 23:00 to 7:00 there is an additional cost of 50 EUR. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please let us know about it in advance.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
