Recent house not overlooked and on one level. It is located in a dead end in a popular and very quiet area which will allow you to spend a pleasant and relaxing stay (there is no traffic).
It is located 300m from a family beach and several coves. The city center, the port, the train station, its markets, its shops and the various tourist accesses are 1 km away on foot and the first restaurants are 300m away.
It has a courtyard in front of closed and a terrace facing south behind closed without opposite. A parking space is reserved for you.
It consists of two bedrooms with cupboards and wardrobe separated by the living room (privacy preserved): 1 bedroom with double bed (140 * 190) + 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 * 190) and 1 mezzanine bed (90 * 190).
A living room with an open kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet.
All necessary beds will be made upon arrival.
Compulsory: 60 euros to be added to the rental price for the arrival and departure cleaning if stay greater than 2 nights.
Optional: towels for all stays longer than 2 nights.

Difficile de trouver un point négatif !

Une maison calme, très bien située, très bien agencée, décorée avec goût. Hôtesse très sympathique, soucieuse de faciliter toutes les démarches d'arrivée et durant le séjour. La literie est parfaite et la grande terrasse ouvre un espace sans vis à vis très agréable. Bref, que du positif !

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour dans cette maison située dans le quartier calme de Boisvinet, proche de l'océan et du centre ville. L'accueil de Karine a été charmant. Elle nous a fournis de nombreux renseignements utiles pour le séjour. Belle terrasse bien orientée. Équipement complet, propreté impeccable. Excellent séjour qui incite à revenir.

Magnifique séjour. Le logement à tenu toutes ses promesses même plus que nous l'espérions. Propreté irréprochable, décors sombre et de bon goût et très bien équipé. Emplacement très calme, petite cour à avant et terrasse derrière sans vis à vis et bien équipé pour les repas en extérieur. Le logement est proche de toutes commodités. La propriétaire nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et nous a parfaitement expliqué tout les équipements dont nous disposions et leurs fonctionnements. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, tout est parfait du début jusqu'à la fin. Un immense merci à la propriétaire pour cet excellent séjour.

Le logement est idéalement situé : proche d'une plage, proche du centre ville avec un marché. La maison est aménagée avec gout et avec tout l'électroménager dont on a besoin pendant les vacances. Le logement est dans une impasse donc très tranquille. Nous referons certainement.

Séjour dépaysant dans une belle maison chaleureuse.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille, très bon accueil avec présentation des lieux, maison très propre, très bien équipée et très bien située : proche de la plage, du centre ville et des commerces. Balade le long de la corniche vendéenne à pied ou à vélo possible. Une très bonne adresse pour passer un séjour agréable.
