Welcome to our secluded and private 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with over 1,700 sq. ft. that is nestled in the hills amongst coffee farms and banana plantations.

In the mornings you may see a flock of toucan's up in our trees or see our care taker (Frances) cutting down fresh banana's from our banana trees.
During coffee roasting season, you can smell the local coffee roasting.
Our home is truly a peaceful, tranquil place.

The living/dining area as well as the master bedroom have Lanai (folding glass doors) that can be opened up completely to the outside to reveal spectacular panoramic views of coffee farms, banana plantations and the central valley.

Each bedroom has a private patio with sliding glass doors that look out into the central valley.

Our secluded infinity pool also overlooks coffee farms and the central valley. In the distance, you can see but not hear the planes landing at SJO (Juan Santamaria International airport).

You will experience Costa Rica like a local. Our home is the perfect fit for those that want to live amongst the locals (ticos/ticas).

We are within walking distance to our quaint little town of Poas where you will find everything you need from groceries, fresh veges, meat, bakeries etc.

We have a local restaurant and brewing company that are within walking distance from our home. 1. Restaurant Linda Vista, Provincia de Alajuela, Poás, Costa Rica. 2. La Lechuza Poas Brewing Company, El Cerro, Provincia de Alajuela, San Pedro de Poás, Costa Rica.

Note: No TV. However we do have cable.
Note: Because our home feels like your in the clouds, we do have a steep drive-way going down into the property.
