Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless previously agreed otherwise, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Wonderful
A premium, quality property, at the same time relaxed enough that we enjoyed it as a family. The expansive windows offer elevated views of the ocean and bushland. A seriously amazing home. Generous living spaces and outdoor areas including the innovative addition of a circular roof top area. Simple floor plan and gorgeous soft interior colours. Cosy in the month of May. Extremely clean. Great cooking and bathroom provisions. And the plant based products in the welcome, gift box were very much appreciated. Beautiful beach and rock pools across the road. Would stay again definitely.
