Penthouse in our new building on Calle 9. Duplex. 5 bedroom 6 bathroom. 3 king beds. 2 Queen beds. Good wifi and on roof BBQ, The hot tub looks like a small pool. A tented area to entertain. Million dollar views of poblado. Air Condition through out. Full kitchen, beautiful dining room table. half bathroom off kitchen. Washer and dryer in hall. Can have guests. Sleeps 10. Elevator with key opens inside your Penthouse. Smoking on the roof only. Guests need ID.

Excellent Location/ Great Option

5 Night, 4 Day Guy trip from the States. Had a wonderful experience and time. Very relaxing time catching up with old pals. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Property with great potential

This particular property was good for our purposes - we are a large group and wanted to be centrally located so that we could go to Guatape and see the holiday lights. The area is clearly a party and tourist area with lots of bars and restaurants. This was helpful for us but the area is a little seedy for young people. We live in a major city so this was fine for us but families should know. This spot is best for large adult groups looking to party. The fact that each bedroom had a bathroom was fantastic. And the rooftop was awesome with wonderful views. The property was pretty clean but the jacuzzi was gross. We could not use it. That was disappointing. Other things that would have made this more perfect - more toilet tissue. We were running out. - more comfy beds and pillows. You can get soft mattress pads which don't cost a lot of money.

This review saddens me. We bent over backwards for this client. He truly needed our help at every turn. The kind of person who doesn’t read or follow directions. He reached out to us about a bunch of concerns but never once mentioned the hot tub. Because if he did I would have sent Fran to shock and add ph to hot tub. The maids reported though it was fine. A few leaves in the hot tub and for him it was the end of the world. Ya it’s a party area. He came here to party so thanks for the warnings for families. This building is for people who came here to have freedom of having guests over without being charged for it. If that’s for you then this is the place. Duplex with entire roof and 6 bathrooms. 5 in suite. Ya beds are a bit firm. Some people actually like that. At under $50 a bedroom based on 5 bedrooms. This place is an oasis in a city where similiar 5 bedrooms are double this.

Nothing like what it was described

Booking said there will be a doorman at night, there was none. Jacuzzi didn’t work at all. Property manager wouldn’t pick up the call. So texted owner and told him about the issues. Owners response was “ listing is 12 yr old, we couldn’t afford doorman so don’t provide that anymore”. About jacuzzi he said “ could it be human error, bcoz guy before me didn’t complain about it”. Told me he will refund money for one day left and to empty next day if I like. Not sure where he think we would go for one day. So yes owner became hostile once I told him the issues and implied I wanted some kind of compensation. Stay at ur own risk, avoid if you can. Property is extremely poorly maintained. Bed sheets and comforter stank, and beds were super uncomfortable too. Never again

These guys used we booked the place just for the doorman crap to try and get a discount from a group that partied so hard every night. We used to have a doorman before pandemic. I forgot it was still in the ad forgive us for not taking it out. Which it is now. This was just an excuse to try to open us up for some kind of discount on 10 people all the time around $45/room. Roof top elevator. Location. We don’t bust balls about guests. The jacuzzi works you actually have to pay attention when they show you how the heater turns on. Other than that people love this spot.

Penthouse life is good

Great penthouse by pablado. This is my second time staying at this property and each time I’ll had a great stay. It a great place for go up of 5. Close to all bars, restaurant and night clubs.
